I like the friendly atmosphere of the people, the food and variety ,house keeper cleaning of the room every day..the only thing I didn't like was the parking .

Beautiful property, food was poor quality in buffets often had alot of flies around it since they kept the doors open and cold or empty, so many bees around the pool, and entertainment was limited they had nighttime shows but were not of interest with kids like Motown music etc. so we often played cards at night since wasnt much else to do at the resort at night

Majority of the staff was not inviting or pleasant, they would constantly blame customers for their short comings and this did not only happen with people I traveled with but I witnessed it with others. This includes the way management spoke to customers and staff working below them. I was completely disappointed with my stay. The food was tasteless and inconvenient to access especially if you are traveling with smaller children that require a stroller. The property had roaches in the rooms, elevators and buffet areas. I would never stay at this property again!

I did not like that I did not get the room that I booked. I booked two queen bed. I end up with one king and a twin. I slept uncomfortably with two kids all over me and my husband slept on the twin bed.

Beautiful hotel with nice architecture. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is large and there is also a beach right there. Food was delicious and there was great variety. Thanks to the concierge staff who helped us when our transportation to the airport did not show up. They were able to find us a ride. Check in was too long. The staff member took over an hour to finalize our room. The room key did not work sometimes. The elevators are small and labeling for the floors are incorrect.

This is a beautiful hotel but needs some improvement in staff and food selection. Our housekeeper was not at all friendly. When I asked her if we could get blankets for our room we were told she didn't think the hotel had blankets. She would try to find one if they had any. What hotel does'nt have blankets? Then on our 3rd day there the curtains wouldn't open. Mentioned it to the housekeeper she went over to the curtains to check out the problem and then said to me you got it caught on something. I said all I did was close the curtain the night before and the next morning we couldn't open it. She repeated again that we had done something to get it caught on something. She sounded annoyed. I found her attitude to be very rude. We certainly did not attempt to get the curtains caught on anything. She never attempted to fix the curtains or have it fixed. We spent the rest of our vacation not being able to properly open our curtains. We would leave our room early to get breakfast and then sit by the pool until 3pm. We got back to the rooms they were not cleaned. Had to call everyday to have someone come clean the room. Half hour later someone would come to clean the room. We had to sit in the balcony until she finished. Then there was water dripping from the light where the toilet is. Someone came and stopped the dripping but on our last night there it began to drip again that night. No one came. For such a beautiful hotel the professionalism of some of the needs to be addressed.

This is my Second time coming to Bahia Principe Grand in Jamaica. This time was even a better experience than last! I want to give major respect to the Food and Beverage Manager Antonio he definitely understands what a vacation experience supposed to be. No hassle! Everything no problem done!

My stay was enjoyable! With the exception of first desk not giving me as a quest the full welcoming package! Such as towel card , wifi info. For (2) days there was no TV. Service I called front desk , they sent technician twice. He had no idea the problem. The tv message was pay bill. Do you think that was fair to me after paying my money for hotel room and service. I’m recovering from surgery and spend a lot of time in my room. No TV at all . I was not the only quest who was disappointed!!!!

Overall this property was ok, it would’ve been better if you could get toilet paper. We called almost every day for toilet paper. And am glad we bought wipes or we would be in trouble. In the beginning we had a hard time with the check in and didn’t get want we paid for as we were to have a king bed and two double beds but got two double beds only. Some of the customer service needs a haul up and then there are people like Amoy Black who did her best to make sure our stay was perfect. Thanks Amoy! Best customer service for that place was Amoy!

Hotel was nice, a/c in rooms only. Hotel hallways and lobby are not air conditioned. It was very humid. Better maps should be given to guests as the app you need to download is not very. Informative.
