The trip was amazing and relaxing…until it wasn’t. On the third and final evening we had several issues: 1) we were out of the room for nine hours, and upon our return to the room, the cleaning staff was knocking at the door as they had just arrived. This was bothersome per the fact that we were gone all day. 2) When we arrive home 35 minutes later after the room was cleaned (very excited to relax) we got back to construction on the roof directly above our heads and debris falling into the plunge pool 3) All of the staff were amazing, however, I do feel we deserved something for the fact that we couldn’t use the plunge pool and the hammering on the roof lasted two hours from 5p - 7p

From start to finish this was the best Resort we've ever stayed in. Great accommodations, excellent food and awesome customer service. From the moment you get there they treat you like your the most important people at the resort. We can't wait to go back!!!

This was an exceptional resort! 10/10! The food was delicious, the staff was warm and the grounds were beautiful. We loved the on-site experiences. The beach and pools were beautiful.

The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The only issue, wish there was more entertainment during the rainy season. We found ourself being confined to the room when it rained because there was not much else to do. We had a private pool, which the water looked cloudy and dirty. Also, the restaurants are not open daily, so you need to really plan your dinners so you are not eating at the same place all day. Otherwise, a great hotel!

The resort was beautiful and was a great place to relax but I had issues with tv reception when in the room. I brought it to the staff attention and they stated it was a provider issue but my family in other buildings had no issue. A change of room was not offered just an excuse it was a provider issue. Other than that the resort would get 5 stars but lack of concern with my room drops them down to 3 stars
