This stay at the hotel was very disappointing. There were too many inconsistencies with how the hotel carried out the business. Up and arrival we had requested a room change based on the beds in the room. However this given to us, we had to upgrade the room by paying an additional fee. Upon getting the room change we noticed the refrigerator was not fill, we called and made a report. And even tho we reported it 3 other times the fridge was never restocked for the duration of the day at the hotel. While staying on the property the are 3 powers outage while we were in the room with our 7 month old baby. This was never properly addressed by the hotel. Over all the communication and care taken was very poor. And to top it off I got sick from eating at their Indian restaurant.

The property was what i expected beautiful, alot of restaurants to choose from friendly staff especially my housekeeper she was amazing and tt the person that welcome us they were great.

We came here in 2018 and loved it so decided to bring the whole family for a 9 person trip. The resort significantly downgraded; food is extremely downgraded, especially the Indian restaurant and breakfast. Club and casino closed down and entertainment downgraded.
