Food service was really below par
Food options in the main dining room were really limited. Food trays that were empty were not being refilled on time. There were no glasses for juice after the trays were empty. Breakfast cereal were no where to be found. I have been to Palladium before but their food service in earlier visits were good. Hence my frustration this time.

Beautiful views and the pool is its own oasis, the only issue I had was the amount of times we had to request housekeeping, but I will still come back here and I plan on coming back!!! The restaurants are great very rarely did i have to wait and if I did it wasn't more than 5 mins and im talking about a party of 9. From the second i arrived the bellhops to the front desk to the jitney to my villa, the maintenance people, to housekeeping everyone, everywhere there was excellent. What i consider a minor issue was no elevators at the villas. But great place and I am very impressed

What I love was the kids activities; including the water park and slide. However, as an adult, this place was very disappointing. The staff were absolutely polite, but having to reprogram my fob over and over because I wasn’t able to get in my room several times (then having to call to be told I have to walk back to the lobby). Upon my arrival, the room floors were so dirty (but because I was so tired from flying and traveling all day, I didn’t make a fuss). As for room service, the foods great, however, I had a hard time getting someone to come back and pick up the plates off the floor. The plates sat outside for damn near 24hrs on two separate occasions. Not good! This will be my first and last visit here.
