Beautiful resort but not great food
The property was beautiful and the staff was so nice! My only complaint was the food. It was not good everywhere you went.

This property is close to airport, which made it easy to get there with no traffic. The food and dining choices were great. Staff was excellent and were very helpful at all times.

I booked this hotel based on review. I got there and the water pressure was very low, the room had two towels, three washcloths, no ice, no microwave, and their mini bar had two beers, 3 sprite, 2 cokes. The restaurants had reservation and then we had to wait until 12 to reserve a table. I had to go get my own lemon for the scallops, and drinks. One person wanted to take a $50.00 tip from us. They said on Expedia that the shuttle was included from and to the airport. Went ask the hotel and they said it is Expedia transparency not theirs. Spending $5000 for 3 nights was not worth it. No one has taken accountability for their actions. The airport shuttle for the hotel wanted us to pay $80.00 for a 15 min drive to the hotel. Another one wanted $40.00 then we paid $20.00 to another taxi. Overall our trip was ruined because the 'ALL INCLUSIVE' NON TRANSPARENCY. Then Marvin who was promoting the timeshare hotels in all of the US and WORLD was very condescending towards us. He did not care about our experience, just to sell us the package deal for 39,000. The DJ had a cutoff time on 09th November was 12:00 am and we ask to play a song and he refused because he went over his time and refuse even though it was my birthday. I will not be visiting this hotel anymore. Thank you.

Staff was amazing. Very welcoming, nice and accommodating. Seemed genuine. Hotel is nice but needs a makeover. Rooms need to be updated. Lots of dining options but the food was not very good and portions are small at restaurants that required a reservation. Beach area is nice but sand is filled with rocks which made it difficult to go out into the water. It actually hurt our feet. Grounds around property was well kept and landscape is beautiful! At times the music at the main pool was inappropriate, offensive and better suited for a club environment. The resort needs to be more thoughtful about the type of music they play. Some songs included offensive lyrics. A song by Silly Connolly was played that referenced a “big black p***y”. I personally do not want to hear that kind of music at a beach resort!

Best 3-4 hours flight vacation. We are from New York and it takes 3 1/2 hour for each one way of flight! Only shortage is room service. It seems you ordered and sometimes they forget or delayed.
