I had such high hopes for this Trip. Two unfortunate issues made that impossible. First issue was the there was no hot water and while they worked on this issue little to no running water at all. This occurred for the entirety of the trip. The water never ran hot for a period of time. The water would run for 10-15 minutes before becoming hot. Then it would only remain hot for a short period of time. The staffs response to this made it far worse. First we were told it was resolved and would be up and running again shortly. Not true. Then we were told it impacted the whole property which was concerning. But then they told some people it was an isolated incident. It was the topic of bonding every time there was a group of random customers in the elevator. The question of the day was “Do you guys have running hot water !?!?” The second incident happened at checkout. My GF packed my laptop in her carryon in the front of the bag. We left the bags in the room for the bell hop to bring them downstairs. Between this point and arriving at the airport my laptop went missing. After being put in hold and then hung up on several times or not having our calls answered (which occurred consistently throughout our 5 day stay) my laptop was never found even though find my iPhone showed it still on the property. In short the food was amazing. The restaurants’ staff were amazing. The front desk staff was terrible and not helpful. For the money I spent I am greatly disappointed.

Beautiful resort, starting to show its age and needs to step up its maintenance game. Things like paint peeling off walls, sink in our bathroom wouldn’t drain because the stopper was broken etc. No hot water for the duration of the stay. Food was excellent, staff was wonderful.

We arrived at Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall on Tuesday and had issues from the minute we got there. Calling the front desk to talk to the staff was a very horrible experience. Our hot water in our rooms was turned off. We were told, the engineer is on the way, but never showed. Our entire stay 4 nights 4 day stay was ruined. DO NOT GET CATFISHED BY THIS PLACE.

The property itself overall was good, but for the anount of money I spent, the rooms could have been better, the walls in the hallway were dirty andvthe carpet need cleaning bad. The staff was excellent

This hotel and surrounding property was AMAZING. It deserves more than 10/10 rating. From the couteous and respectful staff, to the accomodations of the room ( junior suite):, to the many options of food choices, and beverages and mostly tge magical views of the ocean. The HYATT ZILARA will definitely have a returning guest with me.
