Went there for our Anniversary. There were a few issues in the beginning but the staff was very friendly and helpful to turn things around. The butler Dan AKA “Dan the man”was Impeccable he made our anniversary most memorable. He checked on us every morning and evening. Be sure to request his service when you go. I’d give him 10 Stars if I could ! The Steakhouse was our favorite place to eat. Try the rum raisin Ice cream it was amazing.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at ocean Eden bay. I would not say this resort is above or below average of the resorts in Jamaica. We enjoyed the distance from Montego Bay and didn’t feel like we were in the city. The property is average, the drinks are good and the food was acceptable. Nothing extraordinary or over the top. We didn’t get reservations at the special restaurants but didn’t try very hard either. The beach chairs are taken by 7am. The resort could take a little more pride in the appearance of the property. The water and views are gorgeous. The welcoming staff is pushy about upselling but I’m sure that is just their job. We had to decline more than once. We just wanted to come and relax with no bother. Tips to the bar staff help with the ambiance and enthusiasm in the delivery. Staff seems overworked and under appreciated but otherwise very friendly and accommodating to requests.

Celebrated new year’s at the resort.Staff were very nice; however, the first come first serve restaurants have to wait for a long period of time to be seated. Had an issue with my room due to someone was already in the room but they upgraded me to a master suite which was nice.

Beautiful property, the staff was amazing and property location gave a nice view of both the beach front and mountains. The food wasn't good and the room service options were very basic. Unlike most all inclusive resorts we didn't have full bottles of alcohol in our room which I thought was odd. Not even a bottle of wine or mini bar sizes. I also found the bed to be uncomfortable.

The newer side of the property is nice. There are lots of activities but the Adults only side is misleading. There are still screaming kids at the beach and at the lazy river that is right outside of the adults only building. The staff isn’t on one accord and give mixed directions on topics such as when to book dinner reservations. The location is not exactly in Montego Bay so you are some ways from shopping and restaurants.

Upon arrival and depart, Homroy was AMAZING! Room-Our toilet area was filthy. Used my own face wipes to clean off walls and bowl. Pubic hair and other hair visible. GROSS! Housekeeping was not consistent. Body towels, hand towels and face clothes were not stocked daily. Kleenex ran out on day 3 never got refilled. Pool towels were hard to come by. Entertainment was great. Food amazing! Donnet Route 66) horrible server. Never got my meal. Smile my friend, it helps😊. Jason W kept our family well hydrated and very friendly. Never left resort bc so much was offered. Won’t be a repeat customer mostly bc of the cleanliness of our room. Check in/out staff very helpful and friendly. Overall my family made many memories and I am grateful for that. Just had to accept that it was going to take effort to get a few services.

The property was beautiful. I went in November so by 7pm it was DARK. The pool was open and it was nice and warm, but it was too dark to swim. I felt like that took away from my nights.
