property was nice & clean.. some buildings did not have elevators. and the building that has an elevator, was so far to walk to access it. stayed on the third floor but it was 6 flights of stairs. Rose Hall buffet would like to see more Authentic Jamaican food.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were good either. Staff was friendly and overall good. 2nd time frequenting the property. 1st time was way better. Need some upgrades in certain areas.

Close to the airport, service staff excellent, plenty of dining options, staff worked very hard keeping property maintained. Be-careful, was given a defective wrist band! Lost it during an excursion, $250 to replace!

Rooms Needs a little update. Resort Needs more food choices. After checking out, other RIU resorts let you stay on the resort until it’s time for your flight . This hotel cuts your band off soon as you check out so you can’t get food or drinks.

The deserts were not great and 90 percent of the deserts tasted alcohol. They had the exact same foods for breakfast lunch and dinner, which good old real quick.

Fun Resort

The resort offers a good range of experiences and places to hang out. I loved the Splash Park and fitness activities (that actually took place at their scheduled times). There are several pools and lots of loungers in addition to loungers on the beach. The beach hustlers are a little annoying. The resort is close to the airport, which is convenient. The only downside is the roar of planes as they take off immediately overhead multiple times throughout the day.
