Is not a Quiet place, but is a place where you will get good food, Local and international food. WIFI works good. Nice quality of beverages whit out pay extra. The beach is Ok and the pools are nice. Small hotel but you have access to the other hotels near by and you can use their bars and Disco.

RIU Palace was great. Their entertainment needs improvements. We hang out at RIU Montego Bay resort daily because their entertainment was better. RIU Palace food was exceptional besides the temperature of our food. The resort is very clean however it’s dated. Staff was helpful & polite. Some staff members was always trying to hustle on the side. Definitely will recommend for you to stay at RIU Palace. It’s safe and very quiet.

Overall a great place. On night 2 we came went back to our room after dinner and found a flood coming in from the room above us. “O” the maintenance guy was very helpful and came right away. He said we would need a different room so we started repacking all our things. We were moved to a different room in another part of the building. I’m not a complainer but, I sure thought management would have atleast contacted us and offered something for the 2 hours of fun we missed out on and our inconvenience of having to change rooms. Never heard from anyone… The bartenders, restaurant staff and entertainment people are all amazing. Management not so much…

I enjoyed my stay, especially the Riu Montego Bay with the entertainment. The food was terrific. One evening, I left my driver's license and all my credit cards in the room. Janelle serviced our room 3074, which was the second room we were transferred to. I would recommend the Palace, which provides access to the other two: Montego Bay and Reggae.
