Set in its own grounds and surrounded by acres of rolling hills, Casa Aurelio is a 300 year old farmhouse recently lovingly restored to a high standard, retaining all the original features of oak beams and exposed stone. It comprises of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one en-suite, fitted kitchen, lounge leading to large terrace with panoramic views for alfresco dining, the master bedroom leads to a shady loggia. All centrally heated rooms are furnished with a mixture of antique and high quality furniture. Casa Aurelio is situated 20 minutes stroll to the medieval village of Monteleone di Fermo where you will find a local shop, bar and a trattoria serving locally produced rustic Italian cuisine. The Ancona coast line bordering the Adriatic sea is littered with stunning beaches and scenery, the nearest being Porto st Georgio only 20 minutes away. The stunning Sibillini Mountains are easily reached in 20 minutes.

Great location for a quiet get away
Beautiful location where you really get a feeling that you're alone.
The view from the house is amazing. The area isn't "touristy" at all. It's worth it doing some research before going if you want to explore the surrounding area.
All in all we loved it.

Fantastic villa!
We loved our stay here, Mike was super helpful and we had a very relaxing week chilling by the pool and getting the BBQ out in the evening. The pizzeria in the village is great as well, 20 minute walk (up hill on the way there!) but definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

Tolle Lage, grdsätzlich schönes Haus, das leider im Dreck verkommt
Das Objekt liegt toll, die Rihe, der Blick in die ferne ist grandios. Leider hört es dann auch bereits auf.
Das Haus wird leider überhaupt nicht gepflegt. Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche klebte von altzem Fett, genauso Herd, Abzugshaube und das ganze Geschirr.
Überall hingen die Spinnenweben von den Deckenbalken, an den Wänden und unter den Stühlen, Bett etc..
Fenster waren staubig und dreckig, der Gipfel war der Kühlschrank, aus dem das Eis aus dem Gefrierfach so dick herauswuchs, dass man kaum die Kühlschranktür schließen konnte.
Nun hälkt man sich nicht so viel in dem Haus auf, aber man schläft dort und duscht dort und ich kann n ur sagne, das Bettzeug stank, die Dusche funktionierte nur bedingt, da der Duschkopf völlig verstopft war, was aber der hilfreiche Hausmeister Mike dann am zweiten Tag in Ordnung brachte.
Genauso die Pool pumpe, war zufällig an unserem Anreisetag kaputt gegangen, wurde dann Montags aber auch repariert.
Sonnenschirme waren mehrere vorhanden, aber alle beschädigt, ähnliches galt für die Schirmständer, es war von allen Dingen nur das billigste vorhanden.
Mike, der houskeeper war bemüht, aber unser Eindruck war der, dass es niem,anden für die Endreinigung gab und das seit Monaten.
Alles in allem haben wir uns so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir bei einem gebuchten Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen, nach 8 Tagen wirder abgereist sind.
