Holiday rental Villa Ardene is a lovely stone building that includes private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to 14 guests comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Villa Ardene is located 3 km (2 mi) from Montepulciano, Italy and only 34 km (21 mi) from Cortona in the tourist area "Orcia Valley".

The Villa consists of a main building and a dependance surrounded by a beautiful garden, each one offering several apartments and bedrooms with bathrooms. A communal dining-room with kitchen is available, accessible only from the outside and not connected with the rest of the property from the inside.

There is also an external barbecue, equipped with wood oven and pick-nick area .

Montepulciano can be reached on foot by the villa if you like walking.
It is part of a working farm, the owners breed animals and grow fruit trees and vegetables. Some cats are present on site.
