We liked that there was plenty of space in the room and a small patio area outside the room. The fireplace would have been nice to have, however we couldn’t get it going and although promised, nobody ever came to assist with it. It isn't the most soundproofed of hotels, but it is clean, has a charming character, and the American breakfast was quite good.

The inn was very nice the room was spatious and gorgeous , the only complaint I had was the room was extremely hot we managed by opening the patio door. The staff was nice and helpful I would definitely stay here again.

Room was too hot for us to get any sleep. No bottled water in the room and they charged an additional fee for parking. The desk staff are very nice and rooms are clean. For the price, this was the least favorite of our bookings on our Hwy 1 trip.

Nice but dated in places. Great location. Good breakfast and well positioned for accessing Monterey. Rooms a good size but dusty/musty - could do with a good hoover and some ventilation! Staff were mostly approachable and helpful.

Great 1 night stay.
Great property and location. 2 blocks from Cannery Row but away from the crowds and bustle. Very friendly welcome. Underground parking with easy elevator access to floors. Several bell carts available. Good hot breakfast. Finding your room is a bit of a challenge. Highly recommended and would return.

A really friendly welcome from the reception team and a super hotel that exceeded expectations and the website photos. Huge room with excellent facilities and a very large, comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous and plentiful. Guests were a little cramped at peak times in the communal breakfast area.
