Hotel was great but the front desk was just extremely rude. They made several horrible comments under their breath during simple conversation and were visibly disgusted with speaking to me while I was clearly trying to be police and amicable. And when I checked out police showed up and followed me onto the highway. It was a great stay but also very creepy for me.

I literally don't have a positive thing to say about this hotel. My stay was absolutely awful from start to finish. Firstly, the pictures for this hotel are an ABSOLUTELY FALSE representation. I stayed here years ago. The pictures were accurate for THAT time period. All the furnishings you see in the pictures are now worn and dirty. Now, this place is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. I was shocked when I walked into my room. The bathroom was disgusting to the point I didn't want to take a shower. The floors were so dirty, my socks turned black. There were splatters on the walls and stains on the bedding. Toothpaste pushed into the toilet flush handle. One thing after another went wrong. There was no hot water, my room key randomly stopped working, the TV remote stopped working, there were people smoking cigarettes in the non-smoking rooms. 3 nights in a row, my room was filled with smoke. Housekeeping was awful. AFTER she cleaned the bathroom, there was dirt and hair on the floor. Homeless people were hanging out in the parking lot. The restaurant/lounge is closed. Some of the staff clearly hated their job and had an attitude. They didn't have basic greeting skills. I believe the owners changed for this place and it went downhill from there. Staying here completely ruined my trip that I booked months in advance. I had no idea it became so bad and I will never be staying here ever again.

We were very disappointed in the front desk staff and inability to be kind or say welcome or thank you. There was also not closet in the room and we were not allowed to have a ground level or 2nd level room even though we are older and have medical problems associated with shoulders and knees. NO ELEVATOR.

The stay overall was only okay. The rooms seemed like they were falling apart and needed repairs. Lots of small things like paints chips all around and crooked paintings. The sofa has weird stains around it so we avoided sitting on it or using it. There was a handle that was dangling off the bathroom sink that seems like a simple fix. There was no hand soap which was disappointing and a bit unsanitary. These all seemed like low-cost improvements that could have been done to improve quality of the stay. The biggest issue we had though was the thin walls in the room. We were woken up everyday at 6 am by the neighboring room’s alarm going off. At other hotels you can’t hear between rooms as well as here. The housekeeping was outside our room vacuuming before 9 am as well. The positive is that the staff was very friendly and we did not have any issues there.

The curtains were so old they had holes and tears in them. My patio was a shared patio with a shredded curtain for privacy. The room smelled like old cooking grease, shower had mold on ceiling. No internet service even with wi-fi. The only thing ok about this room was the bed was somewhat comfortable.

Room had a bad smell and the shower did not have any shampoo or conditioner (glad I brought some from home). Took over 30 minutes for the front desk to check us in to our room - he never explained why he was unable to check us in even though the room was already paid for online and we had the credit card that we used to pay for it. Had a king bed with a pull out sofa. Sofa was dirty and stained and the mattress on the bed definitely had low spots where the springs were probably broken. I liked how close it was to the shopping center but probably not staying again.

The property was fine when it comes to bang for your buck. Unfortunately during our stay the water was shut off for the property, then the water had crazy amounts of dirt in it. The next morning there was no hot water. Having a toddler with us, this wasn’t ideal. The staff never notified us, we contacted the front desk via my cell phone because they unplugged their front desk line and I was given an “oh well not our problem” type response. Being that we had a toddler we checked out a day early, when asking about a refund for the unused night they told me to contact Expedia. When I contacted Expedia they needed to coordinate the refund with Red Lion and the hotel was unresponsive so I’d have to wait up to 72 hours for a resolution. The hotel room was ok, the couch was filthy with stains all over, white stains which left me eery to have my kid sleep on it. The amenities were scarce. Tweakers hung out in the parking lot during the day which also made things uncomfortable. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but the location of the property was convenient.

Outdated, severely stain curtains and shower floor. The room did not have any extra toilet paper we tried to call the front desk from the room and kept on getting busy signal, so I we had to use our own phone to call the front desk. When I asked for toilet paper the receptionist said to go find a housekeeper. They told us our room was scheduled for housekeeping but all they did was leave toilet paper. Bathroom door would work properly. The entire hotel felt sad and outdated, we will not stay here again.

When I arrived the front desk told me that they’re not having power 8am-2pm the following morning. So that changed the morning routine. The fridge still had stuff in it and there was a dirty towel in the shower

This place is a disaster
The room was small the marks of blood on the curtain, the walk oiy patio door opening to the outside stairs was left open, the sink in the toilet was in the corner you could hardly use and the toilet seat being defective could not be left open to urinate cleanly. All night long the drunk teenagers next door were throwing up and flushing the toilet which disallowed us to sleep. Why pay so much for this mess??
