Why don't you enjoy all that the Shenandoah Valley region has to offer? You could visit regional places of interest, enjoy hiking, caving and horse riding, or just lose yourself in in Shenandoah Valley's valleys and rolling hills.
If you'd like to explore some close by cities, check out Staunton and Mint Spring. Head 55 kilometres to the southeast of Monterey and you'll locate Staunton. That said, Mint Spring is 60 kilometres to the southeast. Hotels and apartments in Staunton include the Inn at Old Virginia and Frederick House.
