The Clarée valley, Les Alberts, Montgenevre, country house 150 m2, semi-detached, seasonal rental facing south 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room (Italian shower) with sauna.
On the ground floor a large fully equipped kitchen, vaulted dining area, on one level on the south outdoor terrace (6 m2) and a lounge area with pellet stove, utility room. -R1, on one level with the rear of the house, a living room with insert fireplace, a clearing office, separate toilet, bathroom and sauna. -R2, 2 bedrooms beds 140 and 180, one with balcony, separate toilet and bathroom (bath) double sink. -R3, 1 bedroom with 180 bed or 2 beds of 90. Additional beds possible in living room. (2 beds of 90) Oil central heating throughout the house.
At the foot of the cross-country ski trails in winter, 10 minutes from the Montgenevre station (shuttles) or Serre-Chevalier. Close to Briancon and all shops. In summer, departure for hikes and mountain biking circuits, Nevache, Col de l'Echelle, narrow valley.

Séjour fortement apprécié, logement très agréable
C'est la deuxième fois que nous profitons avec un plaisir renouvelé, de cette très belle maison de vacances, très cossue et à 10mn des pistes de ski. L'accueil chaleureux de Marie et son époux, les nombreux équipements de la maison, l'espace, la cheminée, le sauna...tout concourt à un très beau séjour. Nous reviendrons encore..

Très agréable séjour
Très jolie maison, pleine de charme, très bien équipée avec des propriétaires très accueillants. La navette pour la station passe à 50 m de la maison. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous dans cette maison, et ce fut le cas !

Un séjour très agréable
C'est une maison de village particulièrement bien rénovée, très cossue. Nous l'avons trouvée encore plus chaleureuse et confortable que nous ne l'espérions. Tout est prévu pour le confort des locataires..et même plus!. L'endroit est chaleureux, spacieux et les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés.

Exceptionnel !
Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour dans la maison des Alberts. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux, si besoin, nous pouvions les joindre à tout moment. La maison est très confortable. Nous nous y sommes sentis " chez nous". Les voisins sont très gentils. La maison est idéalement située pour randonner dans la Vallée de la Clarée et la Vallée Étroite, l'Italie (nous n'avons pas osé y aller à cause de l'actualité sanitaire ), le Queyras, les Écrins et bien évidemment Briançon à 10 mn en voiture. Des randonnées sont aussi accessibles à pied de la maison. Bref, un super séjour au grand calme ! Merci encore à Marie et Gilles pour leur excellent accueil et leur gentillesse !

Super maison de village
Maison super-équipée et tres bien décorée et entretenue. Grands espaces pour une grand famille avec different zones de vie. Excellent emplacement pour skier soit a Montgenevre, Serre Chevalier ou simplement profiter de la belle vallée de la Claree. Séjour a refaire sans hésitation.

Geweldig !!
Geweldig verblijf! Gastvrij ontvangen door Marie en Gilles. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien! Erg ruim en toch heel gezellig. We waren met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. We reden elke dag met de auto naar montgenevre 15 min of claviere 25 min om te skiën. Dit was goed te doen. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid. Skigebied is geweldig.

Mooie woning met 3 ruime slaapkamers. Hele sfeervolle plek waar wij een gedenkwaardige wintersport hebben gehad. Op korte afstand rijden van Montgenevre en Serre Chevalier.

Maison spacieuse, confortable et douillette Idéalement située dans un village dans une large vallée dans laquelle coule la Clarée, elle à 10 min du centre de Briançon, La maison possède un sauna ce qui permet de se détendre après l'effort, et une cheminée pour de reposantes flambées. Maison chaleureuse et extrêmement confortable.Accueil parfait des hôtes.
La maison est très bien située,à 15 min de la station de Montgenèvre,à 10 min du centre de Briançon,au début de la vallée de la Clarée,dans un petit village authentique et très calme. (150 habitants ) C'est le lieu idéal pour passer des vacances inoubliables dans les hautes Alpes.Les lits sont très confortables et la cuisine parfaitement équipée.
