An excellent choice in Montgomery
We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was close to family we were visiting. The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of thing to choose from and different options on different days. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The staff was so polite and friendly. We loved staying here and will pick this hotel again when we visit family again. We visited over Thanksgiving weekend and the hotel was decorated for Christmas already. It felt very festive.

Some End of The Year R&R for Nana
I enjoyed my "Get away from the family" stay. My room was clean and there wasn't a lot of noise activity on my floor which was also very nice. My only disappointment with my room was that it consisted of a king size bed with flimsy twin size pillows ( total of 4). Although, using all 4.......there was still a lack of firm support while trying to watch t.v. comfortably. And although, I appreciated the free breakfast; there need to be a change in some of the items offered; such as serving grits over oatmeal and the sausage gravy was watered down and not as tasty on the second day. But for the most part, I did enjoy my stay.

Our "Go-To" Place
We visit Montgomery twice a year and this is our go-to place to stay. The staff are pleasant, friendly and eager to help. You are greeted with a smile and a greeting by most and if a problem occurs, they are quick to fix it or offer you another room. The breakfast bar has a wide variety of fresh foods, coffee, teas, juices, milks, etc. PLUS they bake cookies for your enjoyment during the week (but not on the weekend)! We love it here and I am already planning our next trip in April 2025 which will naturally include Hampton Inn & Suites Montgomery-East Chase.

I loved how friendly and professional the staff was. They made Check-in and Check-out a breeze. The property is in an area with numerous restaurants and stores, so you won’t be bored if you stay here. The only issue I had was that the room was not as clean as I would have liked. The room was a bit outdated, baseboards were dirty, and the bathroom and its walls were a bit “hairy.” On the plus side, the ceiling fan blades were dust free! Since we were only staying one night, we just dealt with it.

Beautiful lobby and very nice, clean and spacious room. Very convenient location, can walk to shops and restaurants. The staff is very nice. We loved this hotel.

The hotel staff is always professional, kind and respectful. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is usually very clean. However this last trip upon arrival, I checked the bedlinen and found what appeared to be a large urine stain on the mattress pad and some type of stain on the bottom sheet. I always bring my own linen and pillow. Therefore, I removed the stand sprayed the mattress with Lysol and put my mattress pad and sheets on the bed.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Clean, friendly, and very comfortable. The pillows are the best! I would recommend it for business or pleasure. Quiet.

I was in Room 431 at the very end of the facility, closest to the Interstate. Large Truck noise hampered my sleep all night long.
