When we arrived, we were checked in a given out key. We went to the room. The door was open with the lock engage so that the door was cracked. The room had not been cleaned. We went back down to the desk. Waited appx 30 plus minutes and was given the last room. It was very late at night. We were already exhausted from the drive.

Room had a lady bug next in the corner. Asked the front desk to clean the room there was glitter all over the floor also. No one cleaned the room & I changed rooms because of the awesome one front desk lady Ms. Threasa took care of it. The younger downstairs girls could have cared less. The place did not run well without her

Probably because there are few employees at the hotel, there is no one at the front counter unless there is something to do. They will come out when you call them. The room was well cleaned, but compared to other SpringHill locations. I wonder if the walls of the hotel in this location are designed to be thin? Starting early in the morning, I could hear the noise of water running in the room above for over an hour, and the sound of children running was noisy. It was so loud that I covered my ears. Also, even when I was in the bathroom, I could hear people in the rooms next door or above. This was the first time something like this had happened at SpringHill Hotel. Other than that, it was a comfortable hotel. The hot water in the shower flowed vigorously and was comfortable to use.
