It was a great stay. Staff were amazing and the room was awesome. Only problem we had was the constant running and pounding in the room above us all night. Would for sure say they were kids. They just kept running and pounding until almost 4 am. While we were very comfy and could have slept, we didn’t. None of my kids slept and my husband and I did not either. But we loved everything else.

The room was spacious because it was a handicap room to accommodate wheelchairs. Window view was nice. The bathroom door in room 207 was very squeaky and loud. Shower valve cover keep falling off and was awkward to use. Didn't care for the shampoo and body wash that was provided. Room was very pricey and breakfast was not included in the room price on weekends. TV had to be reset several times to work.

They need more tubes or they need to not let children keep their tube after going down the slides, watched many kids have to wait for 30 minutes to get a tub. Witnessed a few moms chewing out the poor life cards over the situation and they didn't do anything about it other than apologize. They're probably not in the situation to make the rules up but something needs to come down from higher up.
