Located in first hills of Montignoso, behind the coast of Versilia, you will find immerse in the green this 3 bedroom Villa with swimming pool. The villa has got 800mq of terraced land, and is connected to the swimming pool by a 5 minuted walk down hill. You have two entrances, the closes to the pool is only 6km away from the beach. Nearby village is within walking distance and there you'll find little shops, bar and restaurant.
House located in a hilly area a few minutes drive from the sea, and a few minutes walk from the neighboring village, surrounded by greenery with a splendid view of the valley, the sea and the Aghinolfi Castle.

800sqm of vertical terrain, the house is built on 3 levels, each floor has a bedroom and a bathroom.

Two entrances, one from the highest point, convenient to reach the house more easily, equipped with a cableway to carry suitcases and shopping, another entrance from the lowest point, near the village, where you will find parking space for two cars, the swimming pool with diving board, gazebo, shower and a shed with bathroom and a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool.

A path joins the house from the pool, which can also be used in the evening thanks to the zone remote control lighting.

The terraced land is cultivated with different fruit trees.

Heerlijk huis met alles erop en eraan
3x sanitair is geweldig in het huis. Naar het zwembad een beetje veel treden maar wel een koelkast en toilet beneden. De lift voor de koffers en boodschappen is top.

Schöner Urlaub in tollem Haus
Das Haus liegt am Ende eines kleinen Örtchens am Hang. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr individuell aufwändig eingerichtet. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und ab Tagestemperaturen von über 30° wurde es doch recht warm, bei 26-29° ging es sehr gut. Vor allem draußen viel Platz. Das Mobiliar draußen ist z. T. etwas mitgenommen aber wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der Pool ist sehr schön, sogar mit Toilette und Kühlschrank in einem kleinen Häuschen, so dass man nicht immer zum Haus hoch muss. Man kann in das Dorf laufen, dort gibt es 2 Restaurants, einen kleinen Laden für alles mögliche und einen Fleischer. Ansonsten ist Autofahren angesagt. Wir haben meistens oberhalb vom Haus geparkt, fanden wir einfacher und praktischer. Der Strand ist nicht weit, aber in der Hauptsaison sind dort alle Liegen und Schirme reserviert, so dass man sich einen freien Abschnitt suchen muss. Die sind Mangelware; es gibt einen sehr schönen ganz im Süden der Bucht, aber da fährt man über eine Stunde. Bei Problemen hat uns die Agentur zweimal sofort geholfen. Super nett und kompetent. insgesamt toller Urlaub und auch ein guter Ort für Unternehmungen (Städte, Strand und Natur in den Bergen)

Superbe maison
Maison conforme à la description, bien placée, très centrale. Le jardin est magnifique. Seuls petits bémol, manque cruellement d'explications pour les poubelles (aucun contenant, pas les sacs distribués par la ville ... C'est pas génial le sac poubelle par terre dans la cuisine pendant 15j). Merci à l'agence pour sa dispo.

De woning heeft alle faciliteiten die je kunt bedenken. Het zwembad is groot en goed onderhouden. De communicatie met holidayvillas was perfect. Dank voor een mooie week.

Haus und Pool in einem guten Zustand
Das Haus und der Pool sind in einem guten Zustand. Wenngleich das Mobiliar ein bisschen älter ist. Was aber den Gesamteindruck nicht schmälert, da alles immer noch sehr gepflegt ist. Das Haus war bei Ankunft super ordentlich und sauber. Bedenken sollte man, dass es an einem Hang liegt. Zum Pool muss man gut 80 Stufen runter gehen. Schade war für uns, dass das Haus keinen Meerblick hat. Die Fotos lassen hier eigentlich etwas anderes vermuten. Das Foto ist jedoch vom oberen Eingang aufgenommen. Die Agentur hat sich sehr bemüht um uns und innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Die Restaurant-Empfehlungen und Sightseeing-Tipps waren richtig gut. Die Nähe zu Pisa, Florenz und Genau (und noch vielen weiteren Highlights) war super. Zum Strand fährt man mit dem Auto gut eine halbe Stunde. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.
