My husband was staying at the hotel 6 days and his mobile was lost in transit to the hotel.
Unfortunately the hotel rooms do not have a telephone. Each time I try to contact my husband they have to go up to the room to let him know that I am calling him.
Today the receptionist Florian, answered the telephone informed me that my husband just went up to the room to sleep. I asked him kindly to let him know that there is an emergency and to see if he could come to the phone. In less than 2 minutes Florian responded by telling me that my husband did not respond. He could not have taken the elevator to the second floor, walked the hallway, knocked on the door and took the elevator back down to the reception to let me know in 2 minutes that my husband did not respond to the door knocking.
The same front desk receptionist informed me yesterday that my husband checked out the hotel which was wrong information! Another time also the same person told me that my husband was not at the hotel when he was in his room.
I have never seen a hotel so small with lines busy all the time, when not busy the answering machine comes on and then cuts off and with front desk staff giving the wrong information!
I can assure you that we will never book at this hotel again although we are frequent visitors. We will book across the street or other airport hotels pay more and get much better service!
