Very easy parking in front of the house. Ants and cockroaches
Unfortunately we were plagued by creatures, it could have been the weather or the fact that the builder who was banging a lot had disturbed them. The apartment needed updating. there was no ventilation in the separate toilet, no smoke alarm or extinguisher, tv did not work, overgrown garden with rotten decking,full bins and a dirty bbq. We found the area noisy at night and tight to park in. On the plus side the bed was comfy but not proper pillows. We left early and the owners gave us 2 nights money back on their return from holiday. Were sorry to leave a review like this but feel we must be honest.

Nos ha encantado el alojamiento y hemos estado muy cĆ³modos. Aunque estĆ” un poco alejado de algunas cosas, la proximidad al transporte pĆŗblico lo compensa, asĆ­ que no es un inconveniente. Todo estaba impecable y bien preparado, con lo esencial como toallas y jabĆ³n disponibles. El anfitriĆ³n fue muy atento y estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitĆ”ramos. La Ćŗnica pequeƱa pega es que el interior era algo mĆ”s cĆ”lido que la temperatura exterior, pero nada insoportable. En general, fue una muy buena experiencia. Ā”Recomendado!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll!! Ein paar AbzĆ¼ge gibt es jedoch trotzdem. Das Bett war wirklich sehr unbequem, die Matraze war sehr weich und das Bett hat ziemlich gewackelt. Die Wohnung war im GroƟen und Ganzen sauber. Leider ist zur Zeit Vorort Baustelle, weshalb man frĆ¼h bei Zeiten geweckt wird.

Nous Ć©tions dans un quartier trĆØs sympathique et tranquille de Montpellier par contre l'appartement est trĆØs sombre et nĆ©cessite de vivre en journĆ©e avec la lumiĆØre allumĆ©e. La chambre et la salle de bains sont agrĆ©ables mais la piĆØce principale n'est pas accueillante. Nous Ć©tions deux mais avec des enfants nous pensons que cela aurait Ć©tĆ© compliquĆ©.Les Ć©quipements pour cuisiner sont limitĆ©s, il manque un four ou un combinĆ© micro-ondes/grill. En arrivant nous avons Ć©tĆ© surpris Ć©galement par le mĆ©nage qui n'Ć©tait pas top. C'est assez bruyant du fait que les propriĆ©taires habitent au-dessus de la location (talons le matin, impression de planche Ć  roulettes en fin d'aprĆØs-midi ....) Nous avons coutume de louer des gĆ®tes oĆ¹ les propriĆ©taires sont cordiaux ici ce n'est pas le cas.
