Pas du tout ce qu’on attendait. Nous ne pouvions pas faire le check-in car la réception était fermée et les informations sur les instructions de l’enregistrement tardif n’ont pas été laissées dans un endroit visible! Mon mari, mon bébé de 8 mois et moi, on a loué un autre hôtel à 1h du matin. Grâce à la gestion de Cassandra, chef d’Accueil, qui a tout fait pour rendre l’expérience un peu moins stressante, nous avons été remboursés de l’argent de la première nuit. L’hôtel a prolongé le check-out jusqu’à 13 heures, mais le dernier jour la chambre doit être propre et le check-out était très stressant. La dernière chose que tu veux faire pendant les vacances c’est nettoyer. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas à ce type de résidences, où les heures sont si limitées et le nettoyage doit être fait par l’hôte. Malheureusement, une très mauvaise expérience pour nous.

Les moustiquaires aux fenêtre étaient toutes déchirées. Idéal pour se faire dévorer par les moustiques. L'une des douches était bouchée. Le service petit déjeuner n'arrivait qu'à 11h au lieu de 9h. La piscine qui devait être chauffée ne l'était pas. Etat général de la résidence : années 80 défraichi.

Dans l’ensemble très décevant ! Dans le logement, toutes les moustiquaires sont cassées, fenêtres du salon qui ferme à moitié, tous les volets sont en mauvaise état, prise de courant à moitié sortie, table extérieur bancale avec une invasion de fourmis de surcroît. Départ trop tôt, mais bon accueil
Outre les moustiques pendant cette période, mais indépendant de Azureva bien entendu, nous avons eu un super accueil. Je regrette juste que le départ dernier jour sous 9h30 max. Dans notre cas pour un weekend, ça met vite la pression pour le départ sans possibilité de rester plus ou alors moyennant 25 euros de plus pour aller jusqu'à 13h Je trouve cela trop tôt, midi me paraîtrait mieux
