Close to perfect
Great location, very clean, friendly stuff, decent breakfast, only the bed wasn’t big enough(Queen), felt smaller. Valet parking a great service. Our room assigned was in the main floor, that was below grade at the only window in the bedroom. Overall satisfying, would have been exceptional if our room was on 1st floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chateau Versailles. Our plan was to stay in Montreal for one night and so we wanted something downtown, close to public transit and dining options. Upon arrival, we were notified that our room was upgraded to a suite (at no additional cost). The room had a modern design and was incredibly spacious and clean. It came with its own kitchenette and fireplace as well, making it super cozy! The night we arrived, it was pouring down rain. The front desk provided us with an umbrella, which was very kind and helped us get to our dinner reservation dry and on time. We made use of the valet parking, which was very convenient although a tad pricey. The front desk did mention a public parking lot 5 minutes down the road, which would be about half the cost. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back in the future.

This is an older hotel. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was good. My room was a little noisy and the building shows it's age in some places. Great location and fair price. Overall a good stay.

Was disappointed 😞 the property has alot of character but very old. The carpet in our room was stained quite a very areas, the linen was not great. Front desk is not open 24 hours. Location wise, we liked. Valet wS expensive compated to other hotels we have stayed at. Do not think I would book again. Staff were pleasant 😊

It's an old-fashioned charm kind of place. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly and professional. It's a walkable distance to area stores and restaurants. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Great location; OK property
We found the hotel clean and the staff friendly, but the accommodations left a lot to be desired. Bedding and pillows were not the most comfortable, the gym is a joke, and pretty much everything is in need of renovation. Location is exceptional, the continental breakfast was satisfactory, and overall, we enjoyed stay.

Original king room the air conditioning did not work. Unable to sleep first night. Actually has to use a fan. Next night was upgraded but room was beside ice machine and quite noisy but air conditioning worked and room was stunning. Staff was responsive and understanding.
