There is construction going on in the hotel. No breakfast and it is on expedia. The rooms was very basic. In one of our rooms there was someone elses tshirt. I dont believe the rooms are cleaned. No microwave in the room. Im very disappointed.

I hated the over inflated prices on items like water and snacks. Restaurant is too expensive, staff at counter wasn’t a great experience. And no direction on where to park due to construction to know where proper entrances are.

The property is well kept. I wasn't happy with the fact my chamber maids did not make the bed for the third person I paid $30 a day for. I had to prepare and make the sofabed every night for them. This should have been done by the staff. Complaining about it didn't help. The staff was indifferent

We have stayed at some other properties in the area, but this is our favorite. Great sound proofing outside the area and decent sound proofing inside- I couldn’t hear guests in the hallway which was great. Doors don’t slam or anything. The restaurant was fine but very few options for alternative diet. A little pricey for the value but it was fine. Honestly though it’s the staff here that make it worth noting. They’re all kind, accommodating, and genuinely wanted to help out. Thanks Kim, for your help!

The breakfast was ok, however the restaurant staff were excellent. I found the new decor to be quite industrial in design. Our bedroom decor was lovely.

This property is very clean, very safe and very comfy to stay. The customer service very helpful and polite. I will go back and stay there again for sure. And I also tell all my friends and families to stay there whenever we go to Montreal.
