The location of the hotel is very centric in highly commutable and walkable area. Facility is well maintained and comfortable. I would expect a better parking arrangements for hotel guests.

Lack of staff, some are really nice other are too rude, room was smelling to cigarette, they change us to another who was not really clean, the sofa bed was not made went down and cause was a strike they kindly give me all the set to do it by myself (It's supposed that in pay for that service) then the pool, weather at. Montreal was rainy so that's why we book a place with a pool. Well first were they lifeguards (good they have that in a hotel, haven't seen it in a while) but one, the girl was complete screaming to anyone, to do nothing an then wanted everyone including adult to be in the low deep area, (10 people in less that a 2 meter wide area) the reason water was not clear and she could see if anyone was under... the real reason the water was too dirty lack of maintaince I complain, people did the same the manager told us they will close it and fix it, and if was not ready to next day give a compensation... next day we went to check and anothe lifeguard told us water was even worst... we couldn't use it for the day. We went to a friends house for it . At checkout today ask to talk with the manager, just to talk I'm well aware they will no give any compensation... was another manager and he told us that they had an agreement with a nearby hotel to use it. They never told us, I saw the leas manager a day before and he nod when I told him about the fact didn't fix it on time. So the point here is they lack of maintenance and good management

A most bizarre (and inconvenient) set up to get into and out of hotel itself: through a mall, poor signage (good luck if you take the wrong elevator from the parking garage and pop up in the mall at opposite side of the hotel), multiple elevators needed to get to rooms, etc. But the location itself is great, right in the heart of montreal entertainment quarter.

It was a really nice property and beautiful accommodations—central to everything. It was our first time in Montreal and the staff could have been more helpful with providing information on where the reception area was (6th Floor) and there was no instructions on how to check out. And we know, this is not controllable by the hotel, but it would have been much better without the construction.
