We always stay here when in Montreal with our dog. Rooms are big, area is perfect for dog walks, it’s a 5min walk to the metro station and parking is very convenient. I would have given a 5 star bcs this place is great but our room was dirty. Beard hairs on bathroom sink, lamp shades were dirty and carpets were not cleaned.

Was not able to eat breakfast even though I pain extra for the room to include it. Dinning room was maybe for 30 people in a 11 story hotel. Staff did not allow more than 30 people at a time leaving most of the hotel guest without breakfast. I was traveling with little children and was not allowed to get food for them and eat it in the room either. Very disappointed in this hotel and will not visit again. Never leave a review however, I feel people should know how the hotel treats its guests.

Pour le prix, ça n'en vaut pas la peine, n'allez pas dans cet hôtel. Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine et trois jours : Propreté La propreté générale de l'hôtel est adéquate cependant, le nettoyage des chambres est inacceptable. Vous devrez demander pour des nouvelles serviettes et papier toilette s'il vous en manque car il ne prendrons pas la peine de vous l'offrir. De plus, il ferons votre lit et c'est tout. C'est la limite du service ménager. Déjeuner L'organisation du déjeuner est pénible. Pour commencer, la pièce pour s'asseoir à des places limitées et vous n'avez pas le droit de manger dans vos chambres. Inévitablement, les clients attendent avec leurs enfants pendant plus d'une heure pour déjeuner à chaque jour. Service aux chambres C'est un service qu'il n'offre pas Internet L'Internet peut s'arrêter car il y a un second hôtel et parfois l'option de se reconnecter ne s'affiche pas. Cela peut varier en fonction de la chambre que vous avez. Par ailleurs, le gym ne détecte pas l'Internet. Localisation Notez que vous êtes à proximité d'une autoroute et le bruit peut être excessivement fort si votre chambre donne sur le côté de l'autoroute. Sinon, il y a plusieurs magasins et restaurants à moins de 8 minutes. Double tarification Pour la place de stationnement, il est clairement indiqué à l'extérieur un frais de 17,99 par jour mais ils essayerons de vous charger plus. S'il vous plaît vérifier de vôtre côté la facturation. N'y allez pas!

The place was great! There’s even a dishwasher for plates and glasses. Our only suggestion is if the hotel can add complimentary slippers. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

I had an amazing stay here! The property is clean, modern, and cozy. Location was perfect as there were many shops and restaurants close to the property along with a supermarket very close. I initially had doubts about the distance to downtown Montreal. But the Namur train station was close within walking distance from the hotel which we enjoyed easy and fast access to various areas using our weekend metro pass. Rooms were amazing and offered plenty of space for our group of 4 travelers. Rooms came with a kitchen that had basic utensils, pots, pans, and glassware which were a wonderful addition to the rooms. Fitness room was small but does the job when you need to get a workout done in a jiffy. Breakfast was alright and you may have to wait for a table if the breakfast area gets busy. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back.

When reserving explained my severe cat allergies. They said would deep clean room but I would say that didn’t happen.Stayed one night in that room with bad reaction. They provided another room which was much better. HVAC poorly designed with air vent blowing directly on bed which is not comfortable. Breakfast included but was lukewarm at best every day. Should have microwaves available for those of us which enjoy a hotter breakfast. Parking added expensive cost. Staff was great.

It was a beautiful family vacation and anniversary celebration. It was a long stay and it was worth it. Thank you for making our anniversary truly special… I will always treasure that. The front desk personnel and house keepers were amazing and the kitchen staff gave their best during and after breakfast periods. Thumbs up. Area to improve: breakfast menu to include some more variety. let the food array come alive. Overall it was a lovely experience.

Room was spacious, breakfast was included and it has great options which were delicious. Parking was convenient and had charging for EV.

Wonderful stay with my dog during the holidays. Extremely friendly staff, very comfortable large suites with kitchenette (stovetop, no oven), good breakfast buffet. Walkable, a few restaurants, Starbucks, grocery store, all at the door as well as multiple shopping centers nearby. Downtown Montreal easily attainable by car (approximately 20 minutes) or via public transit which is close by. Excellent value for the money, highly recommend
