Love! Would stay again.
2nd time staying in this hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location, continental breakfast brought to your room, very Montréal old city vibes! My only improvement point is to upgrade the toiletries - for a high end hotel I would have expected equally high end shampoo and lotions.

October visit the Hotel Bonaparte
Beautiful hotel, in immaculate condition. Staff were super-friendly and helpful. Ideal location to visit the old section of Montreal. The food was great too, including the continental breakfasts left outside the door every morning.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location in the Old City area, however, there was significant street noise through the night from local bars and restaurants. Noise lasted until very early in the morning. It is important to ask for a quiet room (if possible). Rooms on lower floors facing the street can have noise issues.

We were charmed by the friendliness of staff and the homey comfort of our room. In this day of multiple devices, we might wish for more electrical outlets for charging, but we made it work. There was some noisy construction work right outside our window one morning, but we weren’t too bothered. Free room service breakfast was a delight.

This hotel had a lot of positives. The only thing which we didn't care for was eating the supplied contential breakfast in the room. It's not a very convenient place.

This hotel is not only a great hotel by itself, but also in the center of Old Montreal and walkable to everywhere. The staff was supper friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simply but surprising delicious. There are so many restaurant to choose from and the hotel's own restaurant if an upscale French restaurant and a decent choice given we were so tired to walk around on the day of arrival. We went to Notre-Dame three times in one day since it was right around the corner. My whole family was super happy with the hotel.

I already spoke to the manager about the noisy apartment 206. It was quickly rectified. However, for others renting that room, they ought to be notified ahead of time and a permanent price adjustment should be made for that room. Or find a solution for the noise. That said, everyone was professiinal and courteous. I would come back again

The room was lovely, bed was very comfortable, It was completely quiet, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent, nice makeup mirror and good lighting in the bath, great shower. What could have been improved was the lighting in the bedroom. There was very dim lighting which was romantic but too way too dim for reading, with no options to increase it. Also very small containers of lotion, soap shampoo etc. Nice robes provided. The continental breakfast was OK but it would have been improved by some fresh fruit. Staff were very helpful and reached out to offer more assistance. I would definitely return, and recommend it to others.
