Overpriced given circumstances
Location is convenient, service was great, and rooms have been recently renovated. This hotel has a lot of great amenities (pool, restaurant, bar, etc) but unfortunately it appears they are all closed during the week so good/drinks are only available on site from a vending machine. Good hotel but very overpriced compared to other hotels in the area with regular amenities available.

Booked the hotel for the use of the pool, it was not stated that it was closed due to a strike anywhere when booking. There were cheaper options available but decided a pool with my young daughter after a long day of travelling would be nice. The girl at the front desk was lovely, however she was very busy. Too busy for one person. She handled it well so thank you to her for her pleasantries.

Worst time to land into the Hotel. They have a swimming pool that was the main reason for my kids to go to this hotel, the entire experience Was so bad. Add to misery was the strike, breakfast was cancelled and room service was handled by one person and same person was driving people to the airport. A very tiny bathroom and bathtub for Radisson standards. Pros: Cleaning people have been the best, parking, sufficient spots on the weekend too.The area is few mins drive from any amenities. As I drove there had a hard time navigating as it's in the middle of the highway and takes least of 10mins to go anywhere. But I can't imagine if you do not have a vehicle.

Our room did not have a coffee machine , or coffee, it also was lacking a microwave or towels. The floor was very dirty and there was visible dirty hand marks on the back of the door. The hotel staff did send someone within a 1/2 hour to remedy the missing items. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, but housekeeping needs attention.

This was one of the most horrible experience of hospitality at Radisson. The staff at main desk was very rude and unprofessional and idiots to say the least. They were very biased. When a customer is facing a problem then these people are expected to give us some kind of solution or just explain the situation. I am assuming these people who were manning the main reception/welcome desk are bunch of students who are trying to earn some extra bucks to fund their college fees. They were not trained and they had no sense of hospitality. I have had such bad experience that I will not recommend anyone to stay at Radisson Montreal in near future. I hope the management takes my feedback constructively and give services that represent the brand Radisson promises.
