With our Club room, we had access to the Lounge for breakfast, light dinner and coffee all day. Wonderful service from Peter in the Club Lounge and Daniel at reception. Nice pool and gym as well. We loved the hotel and will stay here again when in Montreal.

When i booked the Sheraton was slightly lower in price then similar hotels in the area, a good reason to choose. But it was exceptional, the rooms were great, very well kept. Room service was very friendly. The pool and whirlpool were also top notch, well maintained. The nicest surprise was the included breakfast buffet 7-11 am and appetizer buffet 5 to 7 pm. Breakfast had a great selection and the appetizer could easily serve as dinner. On the first night after traveling 7 hrs it was nice to eat a light dinner in the hotel. We had a great experience, we would definately recommend the sheraton. I am sure we will be back.

This property was centrally located. Many dining options within 5-8 min walk. Popular shopping districts also within walking distance. The indoor pool was a good option during inclement weather. Also did a massage onsite, but would not recommend that service. Extremely easy to get to/from the airport using the 747 bus service. Only real disappointment was that I arrived to the city on a early international flight and the bell desk charges $3 per bag to hold bags. I travel quite often and have never been charged for this service elsewhere.

I appreciated the delicious food served at breakfast as part of the hotel fee and the convenience of eating at the hotel during the manager's special in the evening. The serving staff were friendly and spoke English or French to their guests. I felt very comfortable and safe with the hotel location and amenities. The things that were a bit annoying included trying to figure out how to use the shower handles and the noise of the air conditioner when it operated. However, these were minor nuisances while the benefits far outweighed the negatives. I am glad we stayed at the Sheraton Downtown. Thank you Expedia and Sheraton for a very enjoyable stay in the great city of Montreal.
