I booked a suite with 2 TVs that never worked properly and a fireplace no one seemed to know how to work. The area, the staff, the hotel are great. Food options fantastic. Due to construction on the streets all around the hotel it was difficult getting to the front but the staff were super in helping us find our way. I had an overall wonderful time. Hope to return in the future.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The only hangup is all of the street construction. Very difficult to walk to and from the hotel. Not the hotel's fault but very inconvenient.

we arrived late in the day from the train, just after check in time. The my was given was not exactly what I wanted. I was told it was two rooms with a Murphy bed and one and a queen and the other and I was just one person so I didn’t want the Murphy bed and they said they would fold it away. I used it for my suitcase and broke my toe on the edge in passing. There were no towels at all in the room. I asked about them. They said they had Not received them yet and would deliver them soon so I couldn’t take a shower before dinner. When we returned from dinner, there were still no towels. Took another two hours to get a few towels which were thrown into the bathroom In disarray. There was no drinking water and the top water tasted strongly of chlorine. The perk for being a platinum member apparently was too dented cans of gin with flavoring. I do not drink that. Also the air conditioning would only operate on high-speed which sounded like a hurricane. Disappointing experience.

Very subpar hotel for the price. The location and the balcony room was great but it’s rather old and felt kind of dirty. Hallway noises were loud and the building is old so it was shaking a lot with construction outside. Not worth the price.

Perfect Location with Huge Rooms
The Saint-Sulpice Hotel was perfect for our stay in Montreal. The location is perfect for wandering around the Vieux Montreal district, the waterfront and the piers. The location was quiet, the hotel was lovely, and the room was huge! Breakfast was served and very delicious. The dining room was only open on the weekend, but there are many great places to eat within walking distance. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, even carrying our bags several blocks and getting us a cab, when we checked out on the morning of the Montreal Marathon which was a surprise to us! I plan to return to this lovely boutique hotel!
