Great location for 4 nights! There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, very walkable. We had the superior room on the 8th floor which was large with space to move around. Breakfast was good with a little bit of everything although sometimes they were a bit slow on getting us seated even though there were tables available. All in all, we had a pleasant stay in Novotel and a fun trip to Montreal!

I recently stayed here for the sixth time. Very nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. I was in town to see the Habs game. I use a cane to get around and the hotel is ideally located within walking distance for even myself without too much difficulty. Bell Centre is a block and half away. Crescent street , St Catherine street and many others very short distance away for great food and drinks, The hotel is clean and very secure. Highly recomend it.

Stayed here for 1 night to watch a concert and it’s the best location. Walking distance to bell centre. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book again whenever i come back to Montreal for future events.

On-site parking only allow’s vehicles no taller than 6’4” which is basically useless for anything other than a sedan. Room had no view at all other than a dirty alley. Wallpaper appeared very dirty in spots. Shower only had pump bottles (which did not function properly) full of terribly strong-scented shampoo and no bathroom fan. Not impressed for the price.

We enjoyed the facility but we were on the 2nd floor at front of building. It was very noisy in the street until after 3am from bars, college across the street. Ice machine was broken on our floor.

I was basing this trip at Novotel on the same room product that i loved so much at Novotel Vienna this year. Unfortunately the same advertised products don't translate in different countries. Even though the room was large the view was of a sidestreet and there must have been a nightclub nearby, heard clearly. The staff were nice and friendly and in my opinion are working with an inferior product. I can see a hotel working on the edges and in end i feel i was price gouged here. Been once never to return.

Great location near the Bell Centre and within walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go downtown. Staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like about the room was that the bathroom had no switch to turn on the fan? So it got really humid in there after a shower.
