Great for a short stay. Did not use the pool as the water was blury. Gym is clean and nice. Room is good, very comfy beds. Had some issues with the water not going down in the sink. Overall satisfied

"My stay was mostly okay, but there were a couple of issues. The coffee machine in the room was covered in dust, as if it hadn’t been used or cleaned in a long time. I also called the front desk twice to request an extra blanket but didn’t receive any response. These details made the experience less enjoyable than expected."

Staying at the Sandman we never heard any traffic noise. Other travellers said downtown was noisy from tourists, traffic, sirens, and music The subway is right across the a very quiet street. ( maybe 100 steps from the door). It is super easy to take the subway and connect to other lines. There’s not much around the area but in the subway there is a few fast food places and a Tim’s thankfully as the coffee in the room is terrible Breakfast not included but we were in an executive suite which had a fridge. We ordered groceries from Walmart for breakfast for the week so that saved us money No microwave but there is one for public use on a different floor. So having a fridge and microwave in every room would be a perk. The front desk spoke both English and French. And were fantastic help for us Beds were very comfy You do not get housekeeping unless you request it. Which I did not mind. I would place my garbage outside the door and called for towels. I would recommend this quiet

We stayed one week in August 2924. Bed sheets and covers were very clean, staff were friendly, ample parking space, very convenient access to metro station. Nice pool an fitness area. The quality of breakfast, not included, was not great, we had breakfast only once in 7 days of our stay. On going heavy construction in the vicinity of the hotel building was sometimes annoying. Overall a great place to stay.

The first night we checked in, there was a power outrage for an hour or so. No warning no informing. The second morning, both elevators stoped working. It's a huge highrise building but very limited lift space. Later that afternoon, one lift was fixed and it took at least 20 mins to get in. They haven't fix it when I checked out on the third day. Parking was good. Breakfast was a bit pricy since there was no meat at all.
