Pool closed.
Hotel was clean. Basic continental breakfast. Hot chocolate was availability 24/7. The pool didn't open till 10 am, useless for travelers. Excusive given was it needed to be clean. This is not a hotel people wouple stayvat fotr a few days, except to use the pool. Imagine telling your 4 year old child that the pool doesn't open till 10. Unacceptable. I won't be staying there again. They should be cleaning the pool at noon.
