Safe area, unfortunately there was construction right outside our unit, but they supplied ear plugs and sound machine. Shower walls needed more cleaning attention. Front desk staff were excellent. Would stay there again.

So clean, modern, the bed was comfortable and pillows amazing. In a very cool area of town. It was amazing to be able to do laundry. Though the heating system kept going up to 25 degrees and the tv was not working. But we still had a great experience and would stay there again

We arrived early and hotel staff quickly got our room cleaned and readied in a few minutes so that we could check in. We are so grateful to be able to shower and sleep in a bed after travelling for over 24hrs! Our room is clean and spacious, everything looks new. We really enjoyed our stay here. Side note to other travellers - it is better to take a cab to the hotel of you have heavy luggages. The pavement/road arent very luggage wheel friendly.

Great location and beautiful property. Our shower did not work properly for most of our stay. I understand it takes time to get parts and fix it, but it would have been nice to be moved to a room with a working shower rather than having to wait.

The noise on the street was quite loud given it was in the middle of Old Montreal. But there was ear plugs and white noise machine provided which helped with the situation.

It was awesome. Location, facility and their delicate service as well. Even though there was a construction going on next to the accomodation, they offered earbuds and white noiser in the room. Don't miss the rooftop and gym!!
