An excellent experience overall. I loved our suite. One thing missing was a hair dryer in the bathroom. But it came with a complete kitchen with pots and pans and plates and everything. The suite was clean and immaculate. Loved it overall wish they had hair dryers.

We had amazing 2 nights stay! Location is incredible if you plan to enjoy old city charm and beauty. The bed is huge and comfy, all furniture is in great shape and kitchen is fully equipped. It is tastefully decorated and has everything for your short stay including paper towels and coffee/tea supply. We enjoyed terrace that is located on 6th floor with panoramic view and comfy outdoor furniture. The only disadvantage is no parking that is easy to find. We parked at st Laurent and st Antoine (most reasonable prices) . We would stay again for sure! Thank you for great experience.

Fantastic stay at this property! We got into the unit easily, it was pristinely clean, is right in the heart of Old Montreal, comfortable bed, great shower. We were able to store our luggage even after check out. We reached out to chat online with a few questions we had and received prompt responses. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. It's in a great location with several restaurants, lots of shopping, and things to do all within walking distance. The only down side is there isn't any parking. You'll need to find a parking garage and pay to park, which is anywhere between $30 - $50 per 24 hours. Other than the parking, the room was beautiful and very comfortable. The room was very clean and the we had a great view of the city. They have everything you need set up in the apartment - like the dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent pods, a broom and dust pan, etc. I would highly recommend Sonder Lambert!

Lots of space in the apartment. Clean, quiet and good location. All you need for your stay (blow dryer, shampoo, soap, kitchen supplies etc). Convenient keypad entry. Downside, low water pressure (it was literally a trickle one day) and they stated they had storage lockers for bags however only about 3!!! Had to make alternative plans which was inconvenient.

Hotel said they had lockers to store bags. Arrived at 10 on a Sunday and there were 4 lockers for the whole hotel and one wasn’t working. Had to scramble to find somewhere to leave the bags. I feel it was false advertising to say they have storage when it was so limited. Definitely more lockers are required. Same thing at check out. Left at 5pm and needed to store bags again and couldn’t get a locker. The last Sonder I stayed at had a whole room for lockers but I will be careful before I book at one again. Room was spacious, very clean, came with everything needed. Quiet. Love the keypad entry and independence of not interacting with staff.

Fantastic room with everything included, even an HDMI cable! Great location that was close to everything I needed and metro was not at all far. Amenities like more coffee were easy to grab on the way back up to my room at the end of the day. Not really anything I can complain about besides wishing the outside patio was more inviting or had a better view of the city below (though the view of one of one of the art deco buildings at night was gorgeous)

I liked the location , so many restaurants and shopping so close. The apartment was very clean. Trying to get towels and wash clothes was not easy. I had to ask 3 times for washcloths and the person I was communicating with had an attitude. They only brought me 4 more so I had to wash them so I could have clean towels and wash cloths. For this reason I would stay at a regular hotel just for the convenience of supplies no more aparthotels. The dryer in room#408 leaves a musty smell on any clothes you dry.
