The room was spotlees! Very clean. Even though there was no front desk personnel, everything went smooth. Communication via the app was efficient and smooth. The room was well equipped. Kitchen was to perfection and had all the stuff needed to prepare a good meal, cook or just heat, and serve. Even had pods for the dishwasher and the washing machine. The location is great. 3-4 minutes Walk to the subway. Easy to commute to/from the hotel day and night. *** We Read other reviews mentioned noise... We've stayed for 5 days (4 nights) including weekend, the area was very quiet and the room was very quiet. NO NOISE disturbance! !!!Highly recommend!!!

The location was great. Relatively quiet being in a heavy tourist area. Lots of restaurants close by. Unfortunately lost power in the whole building for 12 hours. And also had a mouse in our unit so had to have someone come set traps. So….there was room for improvement.

Studio Apartment in Old Montreal
Apartment was spacious and well appointed. Located in Old Montreal and within walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions including Notre Dame Basilica and the 30 meter high Big Wheel(ferris wheel). Would certainly recommend this location to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Sonder Le Victoria. The room we got was clean, packed with a lot of amenities such as: a kitchen, dining area, tv with Roku, washer/dryer, microwave, and even a dishwasher. Whatever requests I had, I just had to message on the app and someone got back to me within minutes to the most 1 hour. All of my concerns or requests were answered. For example, I wanted to turn on the AC because it was a little warm (for October). The management got back to me with a remote control display explaining what the buttons are used for. On our last day, I also asked if we could use the washer and dryer, they said yes as it was a part of the amenities. They even included tide pods. The lobby as well as the rooms and halls were clean and aesthetically pleasing. The check in and check out process was easy. This place is close by many restaurants and walkable to tourist spots. Easy drop off and pick up with uber as well. My only complaint is the bed we had, it wasn’t the comfiest but other than that, everything was phenomenal. I definitely will rebook with Sonder again!!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great, the building was clean and safe. The room had everything we needed, and met my expectations. There was a little bit of late night noise from the nearby street, but it wasn’t unbearable. I think extra towels since there isn’t any way to request from the front desk would be helpful. I was happy to find a washer and dryer in the unit.

226 characters is not enough to describe it. The check-in procedure was a nightmare. The floor creaked and the bathtub plug didn't open, the lavatory was stopped up, and there was no one at the front desk to address any issues.
