My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The room was clean and cozy, providing a warm and comfortable environment. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around. The continental breakfast was delightful, and the staff in charge of it were amazing. The housekeeping staff I encountered during my stay were also very friendly. A special mention goes to Jennifer at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and made my check-out process smooth and hassle-free. While the hotel deserves a 5-star rating for its overall quality and service, I’m giving it 4 stars due to an unfortunate experience during check-in. Sami, the staff member who assisted me at that time, was unhelpful and unfriendly, which left a negative impression. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for its cleanliness, amenities, and great staff, but I hope improvements are made in the check-in experience.

Well located hotel close to the old quarter and great dining. Only 30 minutes walk from the Musee des Beaux Arts in the other direction. The family room with the bunks is pretty tight space wise but you’re not in Montreal to hang out in a hotel so it’s great for what it is. Breakfasts were really nice and the hotel was good value.

I liked almost everything but not the pricing. I booked the hotel room for 106$ per Night by Expedia but the price I paid was 156$ per night. I don’t accept this kind of fraud.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. I stay 1 to 2 times per year to visit family. The only reason I did not give a better rating this time is because of the water. There were water pressure issues so it was hard to shower properly. Also lots of temperature issues with the water. The tap water in the bathroom sink was always iced cold. The shower had little water and the water that did come out of the shower was uncomfortably hot.
