We loved our stay at the Warwick Crystal. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, we were treated with warm and kindness. The front desk staff was exceptional and always willing to help. So many things were in walking distance or a short Uber ride away. The rooms were large and spacious and always clean. We would stay there again.

In a word...exceptional! Valene upgraded me to a complimentary junior balcony suite. She had a bottle of wine with chocolates. She is the best! Our doorman Ariel as always such an attentive worker! Our room was superb! I will continue to always stay at the Warwick. Thank you!!!

I would rate this a 4-star, not a 5-star hotel compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Our room was not ready at 4pm check-in time. They didn't know when it would be ready so we ended up getting a room on a different floor instead of being on the same floor as my sister who was getting married that weekend. That was disappointing & inconvenient, having to take the elevator to & from our rooms. All in all, the bed was comfortable but the final invoice with the valet parking & other fees they charge was not worth it.

Satisfaits
Séjour parfait dans Un studio premium parfait! Très spacieux, Tous les matériaux sont de qualité Ainsi que la literie, les serviettes, etc. je recommande à 100 %, surtout que le prix était très abordable Pour la qualité d’hôtel ! Seul bémol, valait parking King, un peu dispendieux à 50 $ dollars.
