AVIS DEPLACEMENT PRO
Déplacement dans le cadre professionnel. Hôtel et chambre très propre. Chambre donnant sur une arrière cours. Malgré la localisation en face de la gare et dans une rue passante aucun bruit dans la chambre qui m'a été attribué même fenêtre ouverte SAUF QUE CE N'EST PAS CETTE CHAMBRE que j'aurais dû avoir. Je l'ai su lorsque qu'une autre cliente s'est présenté dans ma chambre alors que je venais de m'installer dans mon lit. La personne en charge de l'accueil ce soir-là s'est trompé sur mon attribution et du coup sur l'attribution de chambre de l'autre cliente. Résultat deux nuits à me réveiller au moindre bruit dans le couloir. J'aurais tellement aimé profiter de l'excellente literie mise à disposition! D'autre part il y a un flou concernant la procédure de facturation lorsque vous passer par une plateforme et non pas directement via l'hôtel. Problème de transparence de la part de la plateforme? Problème de formation des personnes à l'accueil sur ce sujet? En résumé Hôtel bien situé, très bonne literie, propre, un personnel sur place qui fait de son mieux mais qui manque quelque peu de process ce qui gâche assez l'expérience sans empêcher de pouvoir leur laisser une seconde chance à l'avenir. 3/5 d'encouragement.

Médiocre ne vaut pas 3 étoiles .
Hotel un peu broyant donnant sur la place . Pas de bonne isolation phonique sur la rue. Litote correcte mais douche sans pression et pommeau ne tient pas sur son support …donc pas terrible pour un 3 étoiles si bien noté …je suis déçu par ce choix d’hôtel.
