We booked this hotel as it was listed with airconditioned. However, it is not and the room was uncomfortably warm. Luckily the frontdesk was able to borrow us a old fashioned fan. Location of hotel is good. Hotel is new or refurbished but amenities are quite basic. Will not book here again.

The breakfast is delicious and you can enjoy fruit and coffee at any time. Staff are nice & friendly. Highly recommended!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Spotlessly clean. We were travelling by train and the proximity to Montreux Train station was excellent. Walk to the end of Platform 1 and you are there. We hope to come back again one day.

Best place to stay in Montreux. So easy toAccess the hotel from platform 1 and rooms are extra ordinary. Most rooms have the best view but the ones on the 5th floor, room 523 had spectacular views. Staff , food etc were great!

非常に快適な滞在でした
フレディ・マーキュリーをテーマにした、様々な仕掛けが楽しいのはもちろんですが、スタッフの方々のフレンドリーで親身な対応もとてもうれしかったです。 部屋は機能的で使いやすく、清潔に保たれていました。五階の部屋からのレマン湖の眺望も素晴らしかったです。 近隣にはコープとミグロもあり、何よりもすごいのは、モントルー駅からのアクセスです。一番ホームから直結でたどり着けます。駅内のスーパーなどにもそのまま行けてて本当に便利でした。

Mit der Matratze konnten wir uns überhaupt nicht anfreunden und waren froh nur eine Nacht gebucht zu haben. Das Zimmer war sauber aber wir mussten zuerst die Fenstwe offen da uns ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen kam. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Warum es in einem neuen Hotel keine Parkplätze mit Lademöglichkeit hat habe ich auch nicht wirklich verstanden
