Perfect house in the perfect spot
We had a wonderful stay at Carlos & Laura's house outside of Monzambano. It is a big house with a big yard and all the facilities you could want. A quiet corner but with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, Milan and Mantova. Catlos and Laura and their sons were very nice and helpful. We would definetly come again!!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Gardasees
Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Haus von Laura und Carlo mit Kindern und Hund verbracht! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist ländlich und ruhig und trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Gardasee in 5 bis 15 min erreichbar. Wie bereits erwähnt bellen die Nachbarshund(e) ab und an, aber es hält sich unserer Meinung im Rahmen! Das Grundstück bietet ausreichend Platz zum Spielen. Der Bereich um um das Haus ist zusätzlich durch einen Zaun abgesichert, das für Familien mit Kleinkindern und Hundebesitzer von Vorteil ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus wieder buchen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieterfamilie auch für das Begrüßungsgeschenk und liebe Grüße

Authenticité de la Lombardie et de la Venitie
Belle et agréable maison familiale a la campagne. Très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Monzambano est trés facile d'accès au lac de Garde via Peschiera. Ainsi qu'a l'autoroute pour Vérone et Venise entre autre.La piste cyclable est proche , de belle qualité. Nous avons fait une journée de vélo jusqu'à Mantoue. Super accueil de Laura et son fils Angelo, de bon conseil et souriant.

Eine schöne und entspannte Zeit
Ciao Carlo e Laura, Grazie per il buon tempo nella tua favolosa casa. Vi auguriamo tutto il meglio. 😘 Wir hatten mit unser Familie einen sehr schönen, interessanten und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus sowie die Umgebung bot viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Radfahren, Wandern und Sightseeing. Der Gardasee und alle interessanten Orte (Sirmione, Garda, Limone, Verona, usw) sind von dort aus sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer das ländliche, italienische Leben mag, der ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Carlo und Laura, für die schöne Zeit. All around nice vacation
It´s enough space for 6 persons inside the house and all rooms were perfectly cleaned at arrival. Outside is a lot of space for a barbecue or just sitting and talking. The landlords are polite and very friendly. All in all a wonderful holiday.

Wer sucht, der findet... Auch ein Traumhaus!
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und haben auch diesmal einen tollen Urlaub gehabt. Aufmerksam geworden sind wir auf Monzambano durch unsere Freunde und waren sofort von der ruhigen Umgebung und der Nähe zum Gardasee begeister. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus selbst ist in einem Superzustand und hat sein eigenes einmaliges Flair. Eine Großfamilie aber auch zwei Familien finden hier Platz und werden mit Sicherheit die Freizeit in Ruhe genießen können. Danke nochmals an Laura und Carlo!

Sehr schönes großes Haus und sehr nette Gastgeber
Wir waren mit dem gemütlichen, großzügigen Landhaus sehr zufrieden. Nur das Bellen der Nachbarshunde morgens um 6 Uhr war störend und leider ist der Kühlschrank durch einen Wackelkontakt zweimal ausgefallen. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank an die sehr nette Gastgeber-Familie.

We have had a very nice stay in Monzambano
The house was very clean and decorated with a lot of love. It was occupied with all you need. We made with pleasure use of the barbecue and liked to sit outside. The house was comfortable with respect for its history. We had a warm welcome by the owner and his family.

Schöner stilvoller Landsitz
Wir wurden von den Vermietern Laura und Carlo ❤️ lich empfangen. Unser Aufenthalt in dem geräumigen Ferienhaus war sehr erholsam. Ein großer Garten in dem unsere Jungs Fußball spielen konnten. Wir können das Haus, sowie die freundlichen Vermieter nur empfehlen.

Perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub
Unsere Zwei Wochen Urlaubin diesem Haus waren perfekt! Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben vollständig ausgerüstet und die Vermieter supernett . Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen und das will bei unserer Familie schon was heissen ! Einzig, wie auch schon in einer anderen Bewertung zu lesen, sind ab und zu die Nachbarhunde etwas nervig mit ihrem Gebelle - aber so ist das nun mal auf dem Lande. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge muß man immer etwas fahren (Gardasee, Verona usw.) dafür ist man andererseits auch nicht in einem überfüllten Urlaubsort sondern mitten in der Natur.

Domizil mit guter Ausstattung für die ganze Familie
Wir waren im Frühjahr mit Zwillingen (19 Monate) und drei Erwachsenen in dem Haus. Die absolut tollen Vermieter Laura und Carlo machen den Aufenthalt schon vor der Ankunft gemütlich. Sie hießen uns mit einem kleinen Präsent willkommen. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, aber für alle, die mit dem Auto reisen in ruhiger schöner Umgebung. Für die Kinder sind Bettchen und Hochstuhl verfügbar gewesen. Ein Garten lässt unbesorgtes Spielen zu. Im Haus ist alles, was man braucht, die Bäder sind neu und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Eine tolle Loggia mit Grill wäre für Sommerabende prima gewesen. Leider hatten wir großes Pech mit dem Wetter. Also: nächstes Mal wieder versuchen!

Ein kleines Paradies mit Störquelle
Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und entspricht genau den Bildern der Anzeige. Die Küche verfügt über einen modernen Gasherd mit Backofen und einem Geschirrspüler. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Badezimmer sind modern und mit hochwertigen Armaturen renoviert worden. Toilettenpapier ist vorhanden 😉 Im Erdgeschoss sind ein Fernseher mit Digital TV/Radio und ein WLAN Router (gratis Nutzung) untergebracht. Im Gebäude selber ist der Mobilnetz-Empfang eingeschränkt bis gar nicht verfügbar. (kleiner Tipp) Stellt man den WLAN Router, welcher an der Wand hängt, auf das Fass welches Ihn verdeckt, reicht der Empfang bis in den 1. Stock. Im ersten Stock befinden sich die Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Frottiertücher sind in der Anzahl der Gäste vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr klein und schmal (140x200) aber alle frisch bezogen und mit jeweils 2 Kissen ausgestattet. Decken für Frostbeulen hat es in einem der Schränke. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegenschutzgitter welche sich öffnen lassen versehen. Das Haus hat ein paar Eigenheiten die ich Ihnen nicht vorenthalten möchte: Die Elektrik ist ganz Italientypisch etwas crazy und instabil, nicht wundern, wenn die Lichter flackern sobald der Kühlschrank runterkühlt. Vorsicht mit dem Backofen! Sobald man die Oberhitze einschaltet, haut es die Sicherung raus. Wenn jemand duscht oder badet, keinesfalls Wasser laufen lassen in einem der anderen Räume. Der Wasserstrahl wir eiskalt oder brühheiss ☹ Leider gibt es an diesem Domizil etwas Gravierendes auszusetzen. Im benachbarten Hausteil wohnen 2 grosse Hunde im Garten. Diese tun täglich ihrem Frust kund in dem sie teilweise stundenlang bellen, nicht selten auch nachts!! Dies stört extrem und geht einem nach ein paar Tagen etwas auf die Nerven, selbst als absoluter Hundefan. Die Halter fangen dann an, die Hunde von drinnen anzuschreien was mindestens genau so störend ist wie das Gekläffe. Hier wären Carlo und Laura in der Pflicht etwas zu tun und evtl. mit dem Nachbar eine Lösung zu finden. Die Umgebung ist super für Erkundungen, sei es mit dem Auto, Fahrrad oder zu Fuss. Wir haben ein paar herrliche Fahrradtouren gemacht und sind die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Verona, Venedig, Sirmione, Malcesine, Peschiera del Garda,…) mit dem Auto angefahren. Zwei (gratis)Tipps: Supermercato Martinelli in Monzambano hat alles was man so braucht Die Pizzeria IL GIGLIO im Städtchen von Monzambano ist SEHR zu empfehlen. Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus
Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und übertraf noch unsere Erwartungen. Es war sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung genau wie beschrieben und insgesamt sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Altes und Modernes passt perfekt zusammen. Es liegt zwischen zwei anderen Häusern, ist aber vollständig abgegrenzt. Zum Haus gehört eine offene Garage, ein Untersitz mit Grillstelle und eine große Wiese. Nach Monzambano sind es nur 3 Kilometer. Dort gab es mehrere Lokale und einen Supermarkt mit großem Sortiment. Besonders die Pizzeria in der Nähe des Supermarktes war super, das Essen sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zum Gardasee sind es etwa 7 Kilometer und man findet dort verschiedene Strände. Ausflüge rund um den Gardasee oder nach Verona, Mantua oder Venedig (am besten mit dem Zug) bieten sich an. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und empfingen uns freundlich und einem kleinen Präsent. Zur Miete kommen noch 200 Euro für die Umlagen und die Endreinigung. Absolut angemessen und man muss nicht befürchten am Ende noch eine Wasser- oder Gasrechnung präsentiert zu bekommen. Es gibt im Haus kein W-Lan, aber damit konnten sogar die Kinder gut leben. Das Haus liegt außerhalb der Stadt zwischen Feldern und bietet viel Ruhe, zugleich aber wie beschrieben sehr zentral. Gerade für Familien mit Kindern echt super! Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Laura und Carlo für den netten Empfang, die schöne Zeit und den herzlichen Kontakt!
