Was here for 2 weeks on business. The room got cleaned every 2 or 3 days. This has been going on for months. Now it is treated as if this is the normal level of service. Towels would get changed bed not made.. just really sloppy.

Freezing!!!!
The room was clean. Check in was very smooth. The room was freezing cold, 11C upon arrival and the heater would not heat past 16 even though set to 32. Asked and was told no available rooms to switch. Breakfast ran out of food by 830-9 on our two night stay. Won’t be returning

I think the room was decent and clean, a bit noisy (heating/cooling unit). I was in the Exercise room on the 14th and it was a bit of a disaster starting from the TV and lock storage / Graveyard area to the Treadmill that was not suitable for Running. (belt sticks when weight applied while running).

The room was infused with the smell of B.O. we emptied an entire bottle of fabreeze and still smelled it. Hairs in the shower. Lipstick on the wash cloth and dust everywhere. I didnt mention to my wife what could be imagined in the bedsheets. She would have made us change hotels and as we were there for my fathers funeral I sure wasnt in the mood of the hastle.
