Large kitchen/lounge/dining room with TV and DVD player with USB & HDMI port. Large 50 inch television in lounge. Wall mounted heaters in each bedroom and pedestal fans for Summer. Evaporative air conditioner & split-system reverse cycle air-conditioning in lounge room. 1 bathroom with shower over bath; separate toilet; 2nd toilet. Front load washing machine and filtered drinking water in laundry. Two outdoor dining areas at front and rear of property. Fully fenced yard with swing set at the rear of the property BBQ. Fish cleaning sink; No shed access for guests. Pets by arrangement only ($100 refundable bond applies per pet) - outside pets only.

Follow Coast Road until you reach Cambridge Street and turn right continue to number 21 house will be on the left. Look for the yellow and blue sign.
