Gorgeous luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the living area and comfortable, Maximum 6 night stay only.

Our place is a top floor (elevator nearby), two bedroom and two bathroom, ocean front condo
with spectacular bird’s eye views of the surf and sand. The kitchen is equipped to make those special meals when you don't want to eat out at one of our many delicious restaurants. Enjoy eating inside, on the deck, or pack up your meal and walk to the beach to watch the sunset!

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open space, great for relaxing. The table seats 4 people and is large enough to play games or do puzzles! There are 2 bar stools for extra seating. The living room and master bedroom include smart TVs with cable, BluRay and DVR. The bathrooms were recently upgraded with large, walk in ceramic tiled showers. Plenty of storage throughout the condo to put away your items. There are two sand volleyball courts adjacent to the property including a covered pavilion. For those who don't want sandy feet, the seasonal pool is inviting with chairs, tables and umbrellas. Ready for a little more exercise, bring your equipment and take advantage of the newly upgraded outdoor sportsplex - tennis, pickle ball and basket ball courts, corn hole and miniature golf.

Girls weekend at the beach
Wonderful last minute weekend for myself, my sister and one of my sisters in law! Access to the beach was fantastic and the weather was beautiful for late October. Accommodations were very comfortable and worked perfectly for our needs!

My sisters and I brought my elderly mother because she wanted to "see the beach again". this condo fit the bill perfectly. There was a great view of the beach from the deck and a very accessible walkway to the ocean front. I highly recommend this great place to stay.

Property was clean, grounds were well maintained. Very short walk to the beach/pool. Property is adjacent to a popular beach access so don't expect to be the only ones on the beach. Communication with Property Manager was good and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had the most amazing stay and absolutely loved the place! Char thought of all the little things needed to move in and start relaxing right away. This place never disappoints!!
This is now our third time staying at Char’s condo and she’s made some nice upgrades! New lounging chairs in the living room and an addition of a table out on the balcony were nice new touches. Once again, the place was spotless with excellent quality towels and all of the amenities needed to stay for a week. The convenience of having a washer and dryer has helped us to pack less than half of what we used to since our first stay. Access to the beach is amazing and there’s been an addition of a plank pathway from the end of the wooden deck down to the beach. This makes it much easier to walk up the slight incline and makes it super easy to get our wagon to and back from the beach! As always, Emerald Isle was never too busy, there was always plenty of room at the beach. The ease of going anywhere on the Crystal Coast is super easy from the condo. Parking was excellent as always and being within a gated community gives that extra sense of safety. It’s a shame we can only give it 5 Starts!!! Pat & Lori O.

we stayed only a few days, but enjoyed every minute! Char was extremely attentive and provided a ton of information about the surrounding area! We had one sweltering day and thoroughly enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. In the evening we sat on the deck and watched the clouds roll in over the ocean.
