95 m2. More information by the provider: Welcome to the "Old Community Room" in Filet, a charming vacation apartment that was originally built in 1698 and carefully restored by the community in 1989. This historical accommodation has now been lovingly and high-quality renovated by me to provide you with an unforgettable stay. The accommodation is located 300 m walking distance from the Mörel-Filet train station and the Riederalp valley station.
The apartment has 3.5 rooms and accommodates up to 8 people. You will find four single beds and two sofas, all designed for comfort and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for every amateur chef. It features an induction stove, an oven and a microwave to assist you in preparing your meals. A large SMEG refrigerator provides ample space for all your food and beverages. There is also a large dining table where you can enjoy meals together. If you need to work during your stay, there are two separate work areas that are perfect for a home office. The “Old Community Room” combines historical charm with modern comfort and is the perfect place for your next vacation or business trip. We look forward to welcoming you!
