I don't know what the high rating is all about. Room is too outdated and worn out to make you feel comfortable. No switches on the lamp to turn them on. You have to go behind the bed to manually plug them in. Still the bedroom and living room stays dsrk like as the lamps are not that good. Most annoying part was they don't provide any lotion in the room. I asked the reception, they said they don't have any which is very disappointing if you travel on months like December. I have travelled many cities in many countries but never saw something like this in a hotel. Pillows are very old, almost laying flat to the bed, no plush. Wifi drops frequently. Last but not the least, worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel of such price and rating. Barely any option other than store-bought packaged bagels, waffles and breads. Only milk option was packaged reduced fat milk. Overall very unsatisfactory stay. I would never ever recommend it to anyone. Also, I don't trust hotels.com ratings anymore.

The hotel staff was friendly and it was easy to find. The room was spacious and clean however, there was no hot water in the sinks and the bed we had was not very comfortable (too hard).

The hotel was nice, clean, pleasantly decorated. Room was big, bed was comfortable, price was fair and location convenient. However, I was charged a $75 refundable fee for booking on Expedia that I wasn’t expecting. Dunkin Donuts is right next door and if you get a room facing them, as I did, the lights keep you awake. There’s no curtains to help, so I was awoken several times throughout the night. If you have to park on side of the building, it’s a bit creepy in the dark. Not a lot of lighting and I didn’t see available doors to get in so I had to walk clear around to front of the building. As a female traveling alone, I wasn’t comfortable with that. I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, but the coffee was good. Overall, I’d book again when traveling to Morgantown in the future.

This room was very nice, it was honestly like an apartment size. The couch and living room area was separate from the bedroom and bathroom which was nice. Everything was clean and organized, plus the staff was really nice.

The only issue I had with this check in was that because, according to the employee, I booked with Expedia she told me they would have to put a $75 hold on my credit card but that it would be refunded when I checked out.
