Great spot across from Huffs German Creek Marina, convenient for boat rentals and lake fun. Quiet setting with wonderful lake views out the balcony. Residents were all welcoming. Pool is across the road on marina side, care must be used crossing, but was relaxing and clean.

Lovely Weekend
We had never heard of Bean Station before finding it on VRBO but I’m so glad I came across this property! The condo itself was clean and very nicely decorated, and the convenience of the marina was fantastic. I had to communicate with the owner, Dayna, about a very minor TV issue while there and she was very quick to reply and offer assistance. It was a great getaway!

Very nice condo.
We had a very relaxing time at this condo. Very quiet and comfortable. I would suggest bring a bag of ice as the ice maker was not working. The kitchen is well stocked although we didn’t cook there. Beautiful view.

The view at this property is spectacular. The pool is across the road and it was not a busy place so we enjoyed the privacy. Everything was as described but I recommend either more garbage bags are provided for guests or bring your own as 2 was not enough for 4 guests.

Perfect getaway with beautiful views!
My family spent a long weekend at this site for a getaway. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the boats and lake activity. The pool was wonderful as well with the beautiful weather we had. We met a few permanent resident of the community while we were at the pool and they were very friendly and welcoming. Thanks again!!

Incredible Condo and Location
This condo was exactly as described and in the pictures. It is gorgeously decorated and we felt very "at home". The location was right on the water on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building and the huge balcony gave us expansive views of Cherokee Lake from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. The Kitchen was fully equipped and very spacious. Though we did not cook full meals, we could have easily done so with all of the utensils provided. The Beds/Bedding were VERY comfortable. There were more than enough towels for our use. We also loved the in unit washer and dryer. Across the street is the Huff's German Creek Marina and we rented a pontoon from them. It was very reasonably priced and was a delightful day. This condo has a great central location to places like Tri_Point Peak, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. There are many great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Amis Mill, Holstens, and Aubreys. The only contact that I had with the owner was for additional recommendations. She was delightful. Check in/out was a breeze! We highly recommend and will stay here again!

Place was very beautiful, nice, easy to check in. It did have ants really bad, tv didn’t work well, and pool was located across a very busy main road which was very inconvenient to use. The parking lot was also full most of the time which created inconvenience. The overall stay was wonderful. Balcony was beautiful and the condo was large!!
