A delightful 2 bed ski in/out or biking ground floor apt. with own small garden

The location of the residence has the added bonus of being right next to the Pleney slopes and also close to Morzine town centre, which makes it an ideal location at any time of year.

In winter, from the apartment, traverse to the drag lift and then ski over to the Pleney gondola. To get back, take the Retour de Nyon piste, this then brings you to a slope which takes you directly back to the apartments front door.

In Spring, Summer and Autumn for mountain biking enthusiasts, Morzine is a must visit destination known for its incredible downhill mountain bike trails. The town offers ski lifts to avoid gruelling climbs with a network of well maintained trails and a cycling friendly community. Morzine also caters for mountain bikers of all skill levels.

For the road cyclists the Tour de France passes the building and the local climbs offer legendary mountain passes with breathtaking alpine landscapes.

After a hard days skiing, biking ,hiking or just walking, you can relax in the sun in the south facing garden whilst enjoying the mountain views with a glass of wine, cold beer or a gin and tonic.

Although ideally suited to a family of four, the apartment will accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children.

There are 2 bedrooms, both with king size double beds and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom benefits from French windows with access to the garden.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the mod-cons including an iPod dock, Amazon Echo and a dining table for up to 10 people, There is an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and full size double oven and 4 ring hob.

The spacious open plan lounge area has two comfortable king size sofa beds, coffee table, a large flat screen TV, freesat and DVD player. There is also a selection of board games, books and DVD’s.

The cloakroom area has plenty of space for your boots and helmets and it’s nice and toasty so your outdoor gear will dry quickly. There is also a large ski locker just outside the front door and a large secure cave for cycle or ski storage.

There are 2 bathrooms, one has a bath with a shower above, WC and sink and the other has a built in shower and WC.

Perfect MTB accomodation
A great apartment for our 2 week MTB holiday. Being on the ground floor was great and we enjoyed the grass area outside the front door for morning coffie's and lounging in the sun after a days riding. Was an ideal location, with a short stroll into town and a short ride to Le Pleney lift.

The property did not disappoint us in any way. A very central location within walking distance to the centre of Morzine. There were plenty of games, DVD's and everything we could ask for. Highly recommended.

Good location - met our needs
The location of this property was great. Its in a quiet area but close enough to walk to the centre and the lifts in a short time. If the snow allows, you can also ski back to the chalet. The chalet size was sufficient for 4 adults and the kitchen cupboards were well stocked with equipment. The frustrating things were the wi-fi. It was very weak if more than one person was using it so most of us ended up using data. Also, we were only given 1 and a half toilet rolls for 4 people for 5 days and there was no basic food items in the fridge. Because we arrived late at night we had to spend time the following morning looking for a shop so we could buy some milk, butter and bread. When you’re only skiing for 4 days you just want to hit the slopes asap, so this was frustrating. I would recommend this place but if the host would spend just a few euro’s on these basics plus improve the wi-fi I would give it an extra star.

Pretty Good Stay
The property and its location were great. It’s a nice size for a family if 4 and is only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Morzine. The rooms are reasonable sizes and two bathrooms definitely a bonus. The apartment was lovely and warm and kitchen well equipped. The TV has British TV channels thanks to a freesat box. When we arrived only one of the double beds had been made up so I had to contact the owners to sort it out. The owners responded really quickly to my email and thankfully this was sorted promptly, and a lady popped over with extra bedding and towels that evening. The only minor gripes we have are around the standard of cleaning and the WiFi. The floors and rug weren’t clean and we had to vacuum before sorting out our stuff. The WiFi is awful and kept kicking us out so we had to rely on our own mobile signal. Not helpful if you want to stream anything (or perhaps need to work). My husband wanted to watch the 6 nations rugby but thankfully the freesat box saved the day and he was able to watch it on the TV. Our stay was good and if the minor issues with cleanliness and WiFi could be sorted it would be even better!

Great property as described. Only ten min walk to the pleney gondola and ten min walk to the main town with bars and restaurants. Was able to ski in and ski out for a few days but unfortunately the snow didn’t last the whole trip. Would definitely book again 👍

Overall Good
The location is excellent. Just about ski to door. 10 minutes walk form other amenities. It is warm with very comfy beds. The seating area is nice. Unfortunately, our experience was that it was not as clean as it could have been. The bathroom bins had not been emptied, the floor was not totally clean and some of the crockery and cutlery was not clean ( we put this through the dishwasher). The microwave was quite dirty also. It didn't spoil our stay but we were a bit disappointed. On a personal note the curtains in the bedroom with the door could be thicker - a lot of light comes in at night so if a light sleeper, choose the other room. As I said overall a great stay and we loved the skiing and Morzine. The fact that we could ski to the door made the apartment worth it.

The apartment was exactly what we needed. A ten minute walk from the centre and literally minutes from the uplift on bikes. We had a little area outside which had the sun on it all day, and you couldn't ask for better facilities really. The addition of an Apple TV or smart TV upgrade would be great so guests could watch their recorded footage back in the evenings, but that's more of a luxury than a necessity. A great week skiing. Weather was superb with a massive dump of snow on the last day. The apartment is the best we’ve stayed in and we’ve been skiing for 40 years. Great location. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable. Don’t miss the ice hockey match at the Skoda arena - great family night out. Our family of five (3 generations) found the apartment lovely and warm with more than enough room for all of us. You can ski in and ski out on the Pleney side. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Great experience all round including the booking process and owner contact. Thank you Tim. One very small thing which the two tallest of our party found to be a little annoying was that they continually bumped their heads on the lounge light. It’s a lovely looking light though!

A very nice, clean and warm apartment!
We had a party of 4 dads making a ski trip in Feb 2019. The apartment was very well equipped and lovely and clean when we arrived. It is very well located for all the local amenities and a large supermarket just down the hill. It is handy having a ground floor apartment too, perfect for getting in and out. 2 showers/toilets is always handy and we found the heating etc very good. It was also very quiet! We thought that a block of apartments might have meant some noise but we heard nothing, or saw anybody else around.We would definitely book this apartment again.
