The cottage is located in an old farm 3km from the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel. It is a detached house surrounded by green spaces: landscaped garden, private terraces and a pond constitutes the landscape of the property over a total surface area of 4,220 m2. Other dwellings coexist with the gîte. It is an ideal place to discover the Alpes Mancelles region, meet up with family or friends, or simply enjoy a natural environment. All those who are passionate about ecology, architecture, sports (cycling, hiking, tree climbing, kayaking, etc.), will find comfort and well-being in this property in ecological transition.
Located at the intersection of three departments, the gîte is in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, close to Alençon.
Ground floor: open kitchen and utility room equipped with 2 refrigerators/freezers, microwave, 2 dishwashers, washing machine. Large living room/living room (56m2) 2 bedrooms.
