Brand new 2 bedroom mobile home, never lived in , private , large yard , large deck , , 2 minute drive/15 min walk to Lake Winnipesaukee / boat ramp/beach area. We have parking permit passes for you to enjoy the town beach.
Great neighborhood with wonderful friendly people.
Close to snowmobile/hiking trail , Castle in the clouds. Fully furnished, washer and dryer , Shannon brook in the rear, you may see deer wondering in the yard. Master bedroom has private bathroom and walk in closet, Cozy electric fireplace in the living room, propane stove, full refrigerator w/ ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, linens and towels provided, just pack your bags and come enjoy beautiful Moultonborough.
Meredith and Wolfeboro are less than 30 minute drive.
Plenty of parking for your boat, jet skis, snow mobile.
FYI: There is a sportsman club near by and may hear them during daytime time hours. Check in is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:00 am. Quit time is 10pm.
Home owner is a few homes down if you need anything. Large yard for Fireworks just Please clean up. bikers welcome

Great lake getaway
Great spot to stay for a weekend fishing trip and very convenient to the boat launch. Property was exactly as described, clean and spacious. Also enjoyed the outdoor area with firepit. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the area!

Mark was very helpful. The home was clean, very neat with lots of room, and best of all AC. My son was getting married at Castle in the Clouds and the close proximity to the venue and the other wedding party renters made the location perfect. Would absolutely stay there again!

Property is very close to The Castle in the Clouds, boat cruises and Fall foliage. We had a beautiful two days. Property had everything we needed. The kitchen was full equipped, comfortable couch and clean, clean, clean!

Great weekend getaway
A very nice property in a great area of the lakes region. Spent a weekend there. Great location near the lake and also near Moltounboro and 20ish minutes from Wolfboro. The owner was quick to respond to my messages. Will definitely look into this place again if the need arises
