Property 314 is a cute and charming pet-friendly waterfront cottage located in Moultonborough on Lake Winnipesaukee with a great level yard. This one story Ambrose Cove classic home has two bedrooms sleeping five; one has a queen bed, and the other has a full. There is also a pullout sofa bed for additional sleeping. The furnishings are casual camp-style with updated upholstery and bedding. The source of heat is a wood stove. Relax on the screen porch with lovely lake views or down by the water at the natural shore-front with easy access into the lake.

The dock at this property can accommodate up to a 30 ft. boat and is the perfect spot to watch boats at the Marina. The cottage is just a 20 minute drive to beautiful downtown Wolfeboro for excellent options in dining and shopping, as well as being close to many other Lakes Region attractions. *Please park in driveway only*

This home was in such a perfect spot. You had privacy but it was perfectly located for fun things to do even outside of the lake. It was very close to the public boat launch which made it quick and easy to get on the lake and start having fun on day 1!

Has all the basics except for AC. Kitchen well equipped, great screened in porch where we spent most of our time. Nice firm beds. Fun to hear the loons calling at night.The week we were there was hot as h*** and even swimming couldn't cool us down for very long, so we cut our vacation short. Would definitely go back IF owner's INSTALLED AC for those weeks that are in the 90's with 90% humidity.

Cozy and Relaxing
The place is cozy and the neighborhood was beautiful. Everyone was super friendly. We loved watching the boats and so being right by a marina was a plus for us. Our dog loved the closed in porch and spent most of his time laying out there watching the boats come in. I would recommend you bring a bug repellent as at dusk the mosquitoes are out there full force.

Nice Rustic Lake Cottage
This is a nice cottage. We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch late at night when it was surprisingly quiet considering the heavy populated area that can be noisy during the day. The dock is nice.. we enjoyed launching our kayaks and going around the lake. Most days were quite windy so the kayaking was a bit of a challenge but lots of fun. We took out the rowboat once on a windy day and laughed a lot as I tried to control it with the undersized oars. The property manger was very responsive and immediately addressed any questions. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a rustic lake experience and is not to concerned about privacy.

Far enough from neighbors to offer good privacy. Most of boat traffic was far across the bay, only had slow no wake traffic coming into marina two doors down. We were very happy there.

Lovely waterfront property in a quiet neighborhood with a great dock for our 21 foot boat. The wood stove in the living room made a few cool days very cozy! Beautiful views from the screened in porch.

Location and layout of the camp was great. Everything you needed was there other than a sponge and dish soap. Recommend cleaning all dishwater before you use it. Also beware that the raccoons can easily access the trash cans and make a mess! Small sandy areas on both side of the dock for swimming. Screened in porch perfect.

Poperty was as described. Clean, organized, easy check in process. The only complaint was the 'canoe/kayak' included turned out to be an old rowboat-which is a bit of a false promise. Otherwise, great location on the Lake, good space to paddle board (which we brought); some good rocks/islands in swimming distance.

Cozy Lakeside Cottage
Cottage was exactly as advertised. Had all of the amenities for a week long staff and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would strongly recommend to friends and family looking for an affordable lakeside getaway.
