Good value stay
I booked last minute and found the room rate very competitive. Very good hotel facilities with gym spa and pool which all worked and well maintained. I was near a noisy double doors stairs which wasnt so great when it constantly noisily opens and closes. Maybe needs a soft close!

On booking i asked for a early checking christmas day to drop our case and make ourself familiar with our premium room before going on to family for the rest of the day not returning until late that evening, did not get it, reception took about 20 minutes to find our if our room was readyit was not, i asked at the desk what time the bar stayed open for residence no one could tell me not even the barman. My wife and i are disabled and were suprised to find the hotel did not have a lift we struggled with the stairs although the evening receptionist was kind enough to help us to our room. in the morning at breakfast the butter packs and breakfast tea bags were missing and i had to ask for them to be topped up. the last thing we found was the toilet paper was of the worse quality i have ever seem, sorry but thats it
