LAKE JEM is a 3 Beds - 2 ½ Baths villa with Pool. Pool w/ Jacuzzi, (To heat pool it is a extra cost) - Design architecture home with an electric screened porch in a large tropical garden facing a natural lake.
Light and bright interiors with high wooden vault ceiling and breathtaking lake view from every room. The porch and open pool deck invite you to spend relaxing hours outside. At the pool area, with separate wooden deck and 2 sun lounges, you will enjoy swimming in a heated pool and relax in the sun.
This design home is situated in the distinctive Lake Jem area, only 10 minutes’ drive from downtown Mount Dora.
Besides enjoying all the villa’s amenities there is much more to do and see in historic Mount Dora, known from the multiple shops and many local restaurants. Winter Garden, Winter Park, and Orlando with its world class attractions, restaurants and great shopping are only 30 minutes’ drive. Beaches are only 1 hour away.
RENTAL OPTIONS:
The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.
To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave.

POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS
Always remember to book lodging before flights!
30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.

NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.
TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.
PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

Guest/Customer waives any claim against SWISS VACATION HOUSES as it relates to the condition of the subject property, and will look to the owner thereof in the event of any liability or casualty related thereto, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional or criminal wrongdoing by SWISS VACATION HOUSES.
